The child (5 years old) came to the smile clinic for the first time, went to office No. 6 (doctor Beaver), when I asked if I could sit in a chair with a child, they told me that they didn't care, there was a reaction to the crying and fear of the child: calmed down and open your mouth, I don't need your tears, that- I don't like it. Get out of here.The child's answer to whether it is possible to turn on other cartoons was rude: you will watch your YouTube at home
The doctor was very angry, yelled at the child that if she did not open her mouth, all her teeth would be pulled out and they would not take her to school, her daughter had a tantrum from this and they kicked us out without making an examination, 3 minutes passed and they told us to go wherever you want, I will not do anything to you

I've been calling them for half a day, and no one is answering or calling back.
Customer orientation is at zero, I haven't been to the reception, and I don't want to anymore.
I do not recommend it for visiting.
