I've been going to this institution occasionally for a long time, but today was the last time I was there.…In the meat with French mustard, right on top of the melted cheese, I found a sprawled BUG with paws and antennae (a mini version of a Cockroach) I thought, well, okay, anything happens and took it to the staff to show, they weren't particularly surprised and offered a replacement or refund, I replaced it and went on eating, and then I see in all its glory in fried potatoes, a shell withered from a bigger beetle)))bon appetit, as they say. I threw everything in the trash, didn't eat, gave 15 rubles for this pleasure and a bonus injury for the rest of my life.I'm very impressionable 🤣😌

The food is good enough and at an adequate price, I was confused by the amount of soup in the plate, but decided not to check
The staff's ratio is 2 out of 10, they tried to intentionally calculate, after checking the receipt, they counted the extra salad, immediately refunded the money for it, hurried when choosing food, about the fact that there was no queue. They didn't offer crackers for the soup, but I forgot to take them myself. I'm sitting here eating without crackers , I'm unlikely to come here again .
