I recently visited the Smetana cafe and, unfortunately, was disappointed with the service. Unfortunately, the staff does not pay due attention to customers and is not focused on their needs. Despite my desire to change the impression of the institution in a positive way, the actions of the staff only hinder this. I hope the management will pay attention to this problem and take measures to improve customer interaction.

Fine, delicious, what you were looking for. Parking under the shopping center, we came to have breakfast from the hotel every day. There was a 600 rubles buffet. It is quite tasty and satisfying for 450 people, there is a large selection of dishes.
Once I asked for pancakes with sour cream, they gave it without, I hope they didn't count any more at the checkout. Sour cream would no longer fit exactly in me as a result.

I bought a cutlet and a salad with crab sticks and Peking cabbage, when I stirred the salad I found a WORM!! I showed their dishes to the staff, to which I was told with a straight face, and what do you want, it's Beijing cabbage, the supplier brought it. That is, it turns out that this is a normal situation for them.I'm terrified. The money was returned, of course there were no apologies, for them it is normal. It's a pity that I didn't read other reviews before choosing this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE to eat here!

Terrible food. There is 1 piece of potato and 1 piece of chicken in the soup. The cutlet gives you heartburn all day. I won't come back anymore and I don't advise others. There are more decent establishments in the neighborhood.

A pretty cheap and pleasant place. For ~ 21 rubles, we took 2 pancakes with chicken and sour cream, fillet with spinach, potatoes with dill, light salad from Peking cabbage and strawberry compote (very fresh, just like grandma's). I liked everything, right before the movie session we ate quickly, hearty and very tasty)
