There are usually completely different people sitting in these kind of shops. We went to buy 10 laptops for the office, I was ready for another kind of communication, but I was pleasantly surprised. Sergey is an extremely competent owner, he told everything, suggested everything, there was no feeling that someone was trying to love you somewhere. I have never refused after-sales support, even when Windows flew through our fault - I returned the repaired laptop with a smile "Nothing is needed!".
