An ordinary observation deck. Not to say that it offers some super beautiful view.
It is located in the historical center, so there are many attractions nearby and excursions often start from here
It's a great place. Views of the view. Clean, well maintained. Almost the very end of the "Old Town". One of the disadvantages is a lot of tourists and those who want to take pictures. For a good shot, you have to wait. There is beautiful architecture all around. Right next to the metro, public transport stops. Nearby shopping malls, shops and other attractions

A place worth going to see the city.
The ascent to the site by a separate elevator, the group was 5 people.
The site is small, but the views are excellent. There are binoculars (large stationary), you can see the unusual library building in the distance.
We really liked the place!
Although for fans of 360° viewing, this very review will not be enough.
But I still advise you to visit the flat!

The observation deck is located within walking distance from Nemiga and Oktyabrskaya metro stations, in the Upper Town area. The playground offers a beautiful view of the embankment of the Svisloch River, and you can also see the House of Physical Education, the Sports Palace, and the Belarus Hotel.
Beautiful, well-maintained, good panoramic city views, interesting small architectural forms, good adjacent landscaping, convenient transport links nearby, metro, trolleybuses, buses. There are many shopping malls nearby.
A beautiful place in Minsk. There are a lot of tourists. It's also a great place to take photos. There are many sights of our capital nearby. There are many places where you can eat delicious food, both national cuisine and classic European and Asian
The place is magical. A find. Verified in all respects. Three in one . Five meters below, you will come and you will not know that it is there.
On the one hand, this is a logical completion of the temple complex, part of the Old City. On the other hand, it is an independent object, actually an Observation deck. The panorama that opens with it is the subject of a separate novel...
The magnificent view allows tourists to explore the city. There is a parking lot, which is convenient for tourists from Russia to pay for.
Mice were also seen behind the railing.
Who else is thinking about whether to go to Belarus or not, I will say unequivocally - go! We spent a couple of days in Minsk, stayed at the Planeta Hotel. I will note that there are no family rooms in the hotel, we had to take two rooms for a family of four people. But all the disadvantages were compensated by the location. The observation deck is literally 10-15 minutes away. We were lucky - it was on the day of arrival that the annual exercises of the Ministry of Emergency Situations took place, and a whole show unfolded before our eyes. From the observation deck, everything was perfectly visible. It basically offers a beautiful view. A very wonderful, clean, hospitable city!
I visit here many times a year and every time I admire the beauties that are located far away, a pleasant place, clean and tidy here, it's worth going here
I stopped by literally for 5 minutes, great view. I parked without any problems. It's very beautiful in winter, and probably even better in summer!
Powerful, in a word)
A very beautiful view of the safest city in Eastern Europe. Nearby are the streets for mandatory visits in Minsk: Svobody, Nemiga, Zybitskaya, Herzen, Svisloch embankment, Revolutionary, Komsomolskaya, Internationalnaya, etc. After these streets there is a pleasant aftertaste from the city.
It's hard to call it an observation deck, but it offers a "postcard" view of Minsk. It looks beautiful in clear sunny weather, at sunset or in the evening with working illumination.
Nice view. There are many attractions nearby. It's good to walk around all of them. There are a lot of excursions. Standing on the site, you can choose the guide you like, who came with the group and hear the whole story and see the sights under the comments of a specialist)))
Excellent observation deck, gorgeous views of new and old Minsk, Svisloch, Troitskoye, etc., I recommend 👌🙂

They say the buildings nearby are beautifully illuminated in the evening) It was daytime. The view is not bad in one direction, but there are a lot of safety glasses and fences at the top.
A wonderful observation deck. There is a stunning view of the city. And there's also a "bike" nearby. You can't go anywhere on it, but the photos against the background of the city will become even more vivid.
On a summer evening, a wonderful view opens from this platform. And every morning, around 7:40, the bells start ringing, which is why it was always nice to go to school.
The view from this place is wonderful. And I liked Minsk very much, even though we arrived on February 24 and it was raining. Almost all the historical sights of the city are near the observation deck. I would like to return there in the summer and take a light walk around the city.
In good weather, a great place to "stand-look-think about the eternal", but only when there is no wind :). And the views and photos just turn out to be fire
Beautiful view of the city. Clear. And the place for the review was chosen very well! There you get very good photos, both of the sights themselves and of yourself against their background) within walking distance of the Nemiga metro station.
If you have been to at least one observation deck, then this one will disappoint you as much as possible!!!! It's just a washed-out playground in the upper town, but someone decided that this makes it an observation deck))

a gorgeous place, I advise everyone to go, very beautiful sunsets and photos turn out great, I fell in love with this incredibly beautiful
place
An observation deck on the roof of the Belorus hotel. Take the elevator every half hour, accompanied by a security guard. It costs 7 Belarusian rubles. The view of the city is good.
A great place to explore Minsk, where from one point you can see the ancient city, or rather the little that Minsk residents managed to save and preserve, as well as the architectural ensembles of the modern city that laconically fit into today's city. And for the cleanliness and order in the city, special thanks to the people who provide it
I love this place at any time of the year - the Upper Town itself, the playground, and the view: stand, listen, see the city, the sounds of the city, nature.
