A good place for a quiet holiday. There are benches where you can sit for hours and admire the views of the old city in combination with, no less interesting, modern architecture, and of course the Neman. About a hundred meters from the site there is a small coffee shop where you can take your favorite drink as a companion. I do not consider this place to be exclusively tourist, residents of the city itself often come there, hiding from the hustle and bustle of the regional center.

That's just why these squares could never be brought to a point, finish what they started! And once again they are rushing in different directions! The passage was done, but the squares were not finished! Ratonga was put up, but the squares were never finished! There are no approaches, no footpaths, no parking! The pile is small, not a viewing platform! And what a view! This place should be the most popular and the most comfortable! However, there is the same embankment below! That's where, in the year of quality, you need to invest money efficiently! Wisely, not for show!
