Well, the place is certainly picturesque, but I probably wouldn't call it an "observation deck". It's beautiful, magical, and there are often a lot of people there, and annoying people who offer to take pictures with some kind of animal. Otherwise, it would not be superfluous to visit.

This place is getting worse and worse every year. They made a business out of nature.
Crowds of people run out with dumbfounded eyes to take pictures "there", "here", "running", "with a peacock". The entire local population has become so annoying, as if Russia doesn't give them enough money, they rush out of the car.
Parking is paid. Horror
