I bought Nike Air Jordan 1 low sneakers.
My friends recommended the model, they said it was very comfortable to wear and had a very soft sole.
I tried it on in the store, bought it, and a month later the socks felt disgusting, like in oak, cheap Chinese sneakers.
We managed to travel to Europe and compare the same model. Completely different in quality! In European countries, the sole is soft and absorbs perfectly, the leather is also soft, bends at the joints and does not dig into the fingers.
Conclusion, they sold a good quality copy... it's a shame

I don't know what "manager Julia" does, but obviously not consulting clients. In general, this is the first time I have met such an attitude towards a client and work. Sneakers are urgently needed, the site is lying. I can't choose anything myself, she throws me a link to the site that is lying. Without skimming the options, nothing. I politely ask her to take it herself and give me options (although I shouldn't ask at all, this is her job). To which Julia simply ignores. It's kind of funny just 🤣🤣🤣 Teach managers not to link to the site by script, but to engage in the selection of models, as in any other adequate store. And explain that ignoring it is clearly not an option.
Upd: Julia replied after 40 minutes, but threw off all the models in WHITE 🤯

I ordered men's adidas sneakers as a gift. They took me and my husband from the post office, I did not look at it myself, I immediately gave it to them, thinking about pleasant emotions and a smile from a loved one. When my husband began to unpack the goods, I was shocked, I was burning with shame, the feeling was terrible. How many times have I ordered (not from them) I've never seen this. They came in a wretched box, erased, crumpled, glued with adhesive tape. The sneakers had dirty soles, the lining model was sent, or boo!
