I gave my husband's shoes for repair. First, we agreed to replace the fabric inside. Then the master looked and said that there was no need to change everything, just sew a piece of fabric on the heel in the place where the inner part was worn. I asked if the seams would be visible, clarified so that the new fabric would not stand out, I was convinced that they would sew it so that the leg would not feel anything after and there would be no visual seams. They convinced me to do a shoe shine. In general, they took 19k. We did it for 2 weeks. The result: strips of "fabric" were glued to the place where there were rubs on the glue. The glue was smeared inside, it was glued poorly, at the first fitting (not even a sock) everything came off on the sides. This sticker clearly shouldn't be there, creates extra volume and looks more like something that is attached above the heel, not on it. It naturally stands out and feels like I ate half the size. Shoe cleaning was done so that at home I was already cleaning the sole myself…
When I wrote to them on Instagram and voiced the question why they did not do as agreed, they replied that they were taking responsibility and offered to redo it. But I don't see any point in taking a taxi to them 5.6 times (to the other end of the city)... It was cheaper to buy new shoes than to roll back and forth and repair them (I went on the recommendation, but I won't recommend it myself…
