I handed over the carpet for cleaning, when I got it, I was upset at home, they didn't clean it, but as if they poured flour from the top, the brightness disappeared, it became paler and dimmer, it's better to wash it yourself
I will never recommend it to anyone. I gave my winter jacket to the dry cleaners that year, an expensive one, and warned them to be careful. But when I took it away, I found that the fluff was knocked down, in some places there is a lot of it and in some places it is missing. For 40 minutes they were still running on the dryer to level it out.
I had to turn to dry cleaning services more than once. The services were performed efficiently, and the reception staff were always friendly and polite.
I can not say for sure, I tried to hand over the thing, it was not accepted, they said it was wet and we do not guarantee that they will leave the stains. I handed it over to another place, they accepted it and took everything out in 1 day.
