I gave 2 jackets to clean, one of them is a down jacket, the second is on a sentimental and it was crumpled a little in several places, the consultant warned that the sentimental could crumple more, but to my joy I took away new jackets, very well cleaned and even the sentimental was somehow broken, I was very satisfied, and a year I gave the pillows back for reworking, too, excellent new pillows turned out. THE HORROR!!!!
I don't advise anyone.
the consultant seemed to be under a degree, slipped a piece of paper to sign, did not explain anything.
and as it turned out, they are not responsible for the damage to the product.
They ruined an expensive down jacket, which cost 600 rubles., and offered compensation for 2 rubles., which were never transferred))
Stupidly, instead of dry cleaning, they washed the down jacket (although I warned that the filling contains natural fluff that gets lost). As a result, they did not remove a single stain, knocked it down like a rag, lost all its shine, I am generally silent about the fittings.
they called the management, they absolutely don't care, they just got rude in addition.
They said: complain wherever you want, nothing will happen to us.
then, making inquiries about this "contour", it turned out that there were a lot of such victims.
In no case do not give good things there, because they will spoil 100% and no one will refund anything, not even apologize.
