It's a pity that I didn't look at the reviews in the maps earlier, they ruined 2 pairs of shoes for me, I already wrote about 1, until today I hoped that everything was OK with the 2nd, and now it's warmer, I put on my shoes. They changed my inner insole. They changed it so that a cavity appeared between it and the sole, and when walking under the weight, they touch, making a sticky sound, as if I stepped in sugar syrup. I even thought at first that my floor was sticky, but no. I shot the video in the elevator and on the street. When picking up this pair, I asked the admin why the sole was so pressed through, but I didn't remember if it was like that. The admin assured me that everything was fine. I wish you the same good shoes you wear.

I gave away my sneakers to fix the worn-out backdrop. Without much inspection, I took them from the pick-up point and already at home I found that a piece of inserted leather was coming off at the edges, I wrote on Instagram, they told me that they would redo it. I brought it, it was stitched and glued, but in the end, the skin was coming off in some places anyway, but I was too lazy to go back and forth and I took it away. Then I discovered that this damn heel also dyes socks red, leaving pieces of suede in the fabric of the socks. I wrote again, and after a lot of talking, they offered to redo it and named the time and date of the courier's arrival. The next day, I received a message that the director had changed his mind and would not do anything to me due to the expiration of the warranty period. The repair cost 60p, I was offered to buy a paint retention agent on the wb for another 60p. It's just awful.

We took the sneakers to the dry cleaners, when we picked them up, they said that there were stains that could not be washed.
But they couldn't wash the laces either, they were stained. They said it was paint and needed chemicals to wash it off (there were no paint stains on the laces). The sneakers were still stained in some strange way.
So what kind of dry cleaning is this, they didn't say a word during the inspection.
My impressions were terrible, I don't recommend it!!!!!!

I handed over Ugg boots for cleaning
I previously wrote on Instagram and clarified whether they could wash the stain from the sticker, they said bring it, we'll try, if it doesn't wash off, you don't need to pay anything.
Plus, there was not enough red thread along the canticle (UGG Tasman model)She asked me to restore it if possible.
When I came to pick it up, I was in a slight shock, not only did this trace not wash off, but also the color was washed beyond recognition and instead of rich red it became some kind of semi-brown, as if with a white coating (I was warned that it could become a little lighter, but not that much) the thread was not restored, plus it is visible after washing the threads were already disheveled in another place
The UGG with the sticker on it was much lighter than the one without the defect
The receptionist offered to paint both UGG boots and in the end pay only for painting without cleaning, but the one that was darker needed to be washed again to even out the color
And when the master of painting came, she said that if you paint, then the mark from the sticker, which in the end still did not wash off, will also darken and it will still be visible.
As a result, I was counted for cleaning, what was not washed off was even worse than what was BEFORE, they counted for a couple of red seams, although it was necessary to restore the appearance with red ones
When I asked what I should pay for, they replied that the master had done some work.
As a result, instead of 65 rubles for cleaning and 15 rubles for stitching a red thread (which was never stitched), I paid 47 rubles after my indignation
Plus, the spoiled ugg boots remained a bonus

They will always call before painting, coordinate the color, and send you a photo. After cleaning and repairing, the shoes are as new. The staff is friendly. The prices are pleasant. Like everyone else, I regret that I did not read the reviews.
The shoes looked like they were just rubbed with a soap brush, there were streaks in places, there were streaks on the soft insert, the sole was also paid for, it was generally simply ignored. There was sand left in the places where they were supposed to glue. The deadlines have been violated 2 times. I strongly advise against it, there are much better alternatives.

I handed over shoes for heel repairs through a self-service terminal. The shoes were taken away three days later, explaining it was a broken car, after which I waited two weeks for the shoes, although the repair time could be shortened (a broken car is not a customer's problem)
When I took the shoes away, it turned out that the seams on one of the shoes had torn. After a conversation on Viber, it turned out that one of the two stitches turned out to be new. Subsequently, they admitted their guilt and offered to repair the shoes for free. After I took the shoes, there was another week of waiting. In total, I went without winter shoes for almost a month, since the weather allowed. It's up to you to decide whether to apply here. But for me, the answer is obvious- no. And I don't advise anyone to go there.

I am absolutely dissatisfied with my work. Sneakers look much worse after "cleaning" than before. The small stain has disappeared, but the sneakers have completely lost their appearance. The beautiful suede turned into a doormat. All other CLEAN elements are stained with suede color. They asked to leave a second absolutely clean sneaker in order to evenly destroy it as well as the soiled one. Full of disrespect, very upset. I do not advise you to trust. Choose other cleanses. The attitude is probably not caring, no carelessness

I'm really sorry that I didn't read the reviews about the guys. The fact that they were a week late on time is the lesser of the evils.
After dry cleaning, the shoes seemed to start to tighten in the area of the fingers, and on one of the sneakers, after repairing the backs, it began to rub above the heel.
The cleaning quality is generally less.
I will not advise anyone. A sad experience.

I don't recommend it.
I gave the guys the forces for repairs. The heel was erased. They assured me that they would do everything well, the materials are good, therefore it is worth it accordingly.
In fact, 2 months of irregular shoe wear were normal. Then the seal of one cross peeled off. The guys convince me of wear, although what does wear have to do with it when the glue has peeled off. And this despite the fact that most of the time I travel by car.
In short, this is just an excuse to from #%$xia.
Or they could just glue it.

1. I gave away suede shoes because of the stains. The receptionist said that the stains would be removed, but the color of the shoes in these places may be a couple of tones lighter than their color itself. I agreed. I made the payment in full. As a result, the master could not remove the stains, because of which I gave the shoes away. On Instagram, they offered to bring it back and they will try again. Of course, there is no desire to take them there again, as well as no trust in this place. The service was paid in full, but partially rendered.
2. The cleaning service also includes cleaning the sole - at home I already saw that no one touched it. As there were stuck pebbles and sand, so they remained.
3. The acceptance document indicates that the availability period can be extended. But there was no notification. I had to find out and clarify on my own when the shoes would be ready.
I do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, not the most successful experience. There were no questions about cleaning. Everything is neat, the sneakers became clean wherever possible. But I got my pair back exactly a month later, with the promised deadline of 10 days, if I'm not mistaken. I chose the most ordinary cleaning, without additional services and restoration work. Moreover, during this month, I myself had to call every time (the bot showed an incorrect deadline) and find out where my mate was and when she would be ready. Several times the appointed new deadline was shifted again. After saying that your order is still ready, the administrator will contact you tomorrow for payment, no one contacted you tomorrow, I had to call myself again and find out. As a result, even after paying online, I managed to arrange for the shoes to be delivered back in 2 days, again after I typed on my own) In general, somehow, honestly, there was a fear that I would not see my sneakers anymore, but they did not let me down)
I will be glad to increase my rating if I have to use the services again.

Payment is required immediately, and as far as I remember, they were not satisfied with the card (I may be mistaken). But what is 100%, that there is no way to pay remotely.
All possible deadlines are being disrupted. They are constantly fed breakfast. When you call yourself, no one knows anything, they redirect to each other. It's unpleasant, because at some point, thoughts begin to arise that your pair of shoes has just been lost somewhere or forgotten about it. Moreover, if you don't pull them yourself on your question, then it's as if they forget about it, because there is no feedback.
The quality of the repair is terrible. Honestly, I expected that for such a price I would receive the appropriate service. In fact, my grandfather has a much higher quality and reliability in the basement of a neighboring house in the workshop, and the price tag is 3 times less.
I really want to believe that the whole case was some kind of misunderstanding, force majeure, an exception, but judging by word of mouth, this is not quite true, but rather a constant practice, and not only in this project, unfortunately.

Very convenient, fast and high-quality service. The guys from the sneakerhead dry cleaners do wonders with shoes. Reebok sneakers made of bright blue suede lost their original color after washing in a regular washing machine, plus two small cuts of fabric opened up new horizons for my mezins. The dry cleaners put the sole in order, the damaged areas of the suede were either sewn up or replaced, and painted them in their original color. The only drawback for the whole team is that they did the job too quickly. IN GENERAL, I RECOMMEND IT!!!!!

Although I said I was in no hurry. But it's still very nice. These are the little things that decide. And from them the general impression is formed.

When I applied to this dry cleaner, I believed that the guys were cool. But it turned out that there was no:(and I'm very upset about it. There are no questions about the work of the masters, everything was done efficiently and beautifully, but the sneakers returned only a month later, after the call, although the original arrangements were for 14 days, which was quite fine with me.
Whether I will recommend it - not yet. But I hope that the guys will work on the service and reduce the number of negative reviews.

I gave them my sneakers.
After 1.5 months, during which there were no messages from the dry cleaner, I dialed them. They said they didn't have my sneakers. I've been calling them for several days and reminding them that they should find them. They found it and promised to do it "faster".
About the repair.
A torn backdrop. The soft lining was not restored, just a patch was stuck on. They took 55 rubles for this job!
Sole extension. A small piece on the heel was replaced. They charged 30 rubles for this.
There was also a bleaching of the sole. All these works were done, attention, for 3 months! The prices do not correspond at all to the work performed, the time of work is absolutely unacceptable. The guys are irresponsible. I strongly recommend avoiding these charlatans.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. The sneakers were taken away for three weeks, during these three weeks even the sole was not washed (although this item is prescribed for them), not only that the usual fabric sneakers were returned dirty in the creases, so one sneaker turned out to be darker in comparison.
