I rented a ski kit for 5 hours (2 hours of skiing): skis, boots and poles.
I was fined 10p for one bent ski pole. More precisely, it was not bent, but with a dent, as after a blow. During the skating, there were no falls and when boarding / disembarking from the lift, I always took off the sticks and held both by the middle.
Obviously, he could not prove anything, because he did not pay attention to the inventory during acceptance and did not take pictures.
Skiing experience is 7 years.
