I applied on 01.10.2023 to clean 4 jackets. The reasons for all are about the same - greasy sleeves and collars.
Readiness was scheduled for 05.10.2023.
On October 7, I came to pick up.
As a result, after inspection, I found that two jackets were cleaned, and the other two were not or not cleaned at all. That is, exactly the same as they were.
After looking at everything, the grandmother-receptionist also agreed with me.
She offered to leave it for re-cleaning. As a result, I left it for another week. The receipt shows that he took only two jackets.
The next day she called me back and asked me to pick up the jackets, as the dry cleaning shop refused to accept them for cleaning.
I arrived and asked for a refund for two unpeeled (or uncleaned) jackets.
The receptionist refused, offered to contact the shop.
The dialogue took place with the master. She claimed that all the jackets were cleaned, the money would not be returned. For my confidence, she offered to show the video from the cameras by sending it to WhatsApp. That's what we agreed on.
It's been almost a month - I haven't received any video. No feedback.
