I really liked the hotel, we had a rest in 2019.
A large, beautiful, well-maintained territory.
It's a good beach, I think it's the best in Ayia Napa. Good location, bus stop not far from the hotel, went to Protaras for a fountain show. Luna Park is nearby.
The power was a little pumped up. We weren't hungry, but it's not 5*.
We had a room on the 1st floor, very convenient, children can run on the lawn.

We rested as a couple in September, maybe the hotel was good before, but now it has deteriorated very much, the rooms are old and in need of repair,
About the staff
This is probably the worst attitude in the world that I have ever met from a hotel manager. Disgusting behavior, disrespect for the guest, familiarity, lying to the eyes. We were checked in for three hours. We were given a room that was not booked by us. We had booked a room with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool. As a result, Natalia (the manager) rudely replied that we do not have a private pool, but a pool view room. We live in a one-bedroom room instead of two, no one has done anything. The worst impressions of Natalia. I recommend the hotel management to fire her.
The rest of the staff is very friendly. The food selection is meager, but the food is delicious. The service is good, but the rooms are dirty

We rested at the hotel in October 2021, a wonderful family-friendly hotel, they check in immediately, without waiting for 14 hours. There are very polite Russian-speaking girls at the reception, I really want to single out Natalia, thank her very much for her sensitive attitude. Excellent staff at the restaurant, beach bar. I rested at this hotel for the first time in autumn 2019 and realized that I found a hotel in Cyprus that I would like to return to and so it turned out that autumn 2021 I chose the Atlantic hotel. I don't understand people who write dirty, where did you find it? Everything is clean and snow-white, accessible, the restaurant area is cozy in the fresh air and contemplating the sea you take delicious food, they cook in a variety of ways and everything is fresh, red and white fish, shrimp, lamb meat is the most tender. Nothing is over - dried , the salads are delicious . The friendly staff is always welcoming and offers drinks. The girls at the reception are friendly , the conversation in Russian explains everything. The sea is within walking distance, the sand is white, the water is azure and calm, the waves are small and gentle in the evening. The hotel has its own area with comfortable sun beds like sofas. Next to the Bar with drinks, the guys quickly serve, always smile and greet . Themed musical evenings are held in the evening! The deluxe room was spacious, clean, a large countertop in the bathroom, good plumbing in the shower. Choose this hotel, Relaxation, comfort, calm and unhurried rest with close access to everything you need, and most importantly the sea , the sun and a positive mood!

Nice hotel in the western part of Ayia Napa on the first line. Swimming pools, buffet, private beach area by the sea. The beach is sand. If you are not a fan of night noise, you will like it here. I took off one star for poor room cleaning. Even despite the tip.

We visited twice and were completely delighted with this hotel. I got a room with a private pool . The food at the hotel is great! The beach and the sea ... Space!!! Snow - white sand ... There are no words , only emotions ! I will save up money, the pandemic will end and I will definitely come again

You don't need to come here if you're counting on 5*! Everything is dirty! The hotel grounds, cigarette butts, garbage, tangled hair and dust swept out of the rooms. dirty sun beds in the pool should be white, but in fact blackish with dirt. Inside the room, the white sofas, which had to be dry-cleaned 5 years ago, are modestly draped with sheets that hide numerous stains. There are cobwebs on the walls, dust on the automatic curtains, you can not touch. There is rust and mold in the bathroom. Towels are changed to the same yellow ones, once a day, floors are not washed every day. Food is a separate story. Over-dried meat and overcooked fried eggs, the most innocent of the whole list. The hotel is a pigsty! All vegetation, bushes, trees are infected with some kind of fungus, dried leaves and hanging white flakes from the leaves. The territory is open, come in, whoever you want! Crowds of locals occupy the pools, especially on weekends. There is usually no one at the reception, you have to run in several times to solve the problem. We were generally deceived, we paid for a room with 2 bedrooms and a living room, we were put in a room with 1 bedroom and a living room, in which we had to live 3.5 days out of 7, because the air conditioner broke down there. In fact, other people just lived, moved in for the 4th day! Of course, you can sue, compensate for moral damage, but your health is more expensive for us! Yes, we got caught, and this happens in life! Just keep this in mind, read the reviews carefully before poking your finger at a 5* hotel!!! I do not know who writes rave reviews about this hotel, do not believe it, read the dissatisfied ones, there is the pure truth. To be fair, I will write that the sea is excellent, for which we went, with a long descent into the depth, it is great for children, it warms up and without waves! We were with my wife for the first time in 2017. And we came here again in July 2021! Yes, the furniture is a little shabby, but it doesn't bother us at 17 or 21. There are not many hotels with a private beach in Ayanapa, but here it is, and even what a beach! And the infrastructure itself is convenient - everything is nearby. I agree that he does not deserve 5 stars, but 4 is brave! If you are very pretentious, then I do not advise, and if a combination of factors is important to you, welcome!

The most beloved Hotel in Cyprus. A snow-white beach with the same snow-white bulk sand and azure water. Beautiful swimming pool. And the beloved veranda cafe on the coast with live music in the evenings.
