An excellent location for living with children, a great school nearby, there is a park, everyone is waiting for the lagoon to be flooded right under the windows soon. There is no better location for permanent residence

A developing residential complex. The idea is very good, a gentrified house territory, a swimming pool, a gym, a hammam. There is a barbecue area. Construction, of course, is everywhere, the scale is impressive

The apartment is about 40 sq.m., with excellent repair, with an unglazed balcony, fully furnished. On the 31st floor there is a gas stove. The view from the window is fantastic!!!. On the 6th floor there is a fitness room, outdoor exercise equipment and a swimming pool. Grocery delivery is available.

Super area, excellent apartments, location to the center of Dubai 10 minutes by taxi, I recommend it for families with children, 2 international schools nearby.
