Хорошое, большое отделение, операторы, практически все, вежливы и отзывчивы. Присутствует удобная электронная очередь, впринципе ждать недолго, но днём время ожидание больше. Расположение очень удобное-самый центр города, недалеко автобусная остановка.

Отделение находится в центре, удобное местоположение. Здание светлое и просторное. Сотрудники работают, как будто делают одолжение и хамят. Ведь я не к ним домой пришла. Нужно было отправить телеграмму, в ожидании 1час. Просьба, заменить хотя бы отдельные пуфики для сидения. В остальном всё хорошо. Столы удобные для заполнения, но желательно сделать ремонт ножкам. Отделение находится в самом центре города Сочи. Руководство должно обратить внимание на изношенную мебель, которую необходимо реставрировать. Тем более, что оказываете услуги населению. В 2024г в Сочи был рекорд 8млн.туристов и всё должно быть достойно!!!
