We have long dreamed of a large, cozy sofa in the living room. I chose a sofa for a long time, because I wanted it, not a big one, with an orthopedic place to sleep, with drawers for linen, but such that they were strong, and not those where the bottom falls out, and of course on high legs for convenience of cleaning, and not all those models lying on the floor, and of course It's stylish. And I found it in Soff.by is a stylish, tall, solid wood storage box, in size. They promised to bring it in mid-December, but they brought it at the end of November, it's super. A pleasant manager in Vitebsk, good feedback. The only thing I'm worried about is that I chose the fabric like plush))) so that it doesn't wear out quickly.

I ordered a sofa from this company through an online store. The order was placed on July 11. The delivery dates were indicated on August 3-10. The deadline has expired and, of course, there is silence at the other end. I write to clarify the status of my order, in response I receive "we will clarify" and for the second week they have been silent. Naturally, I did not wait and re-ordered the sofa elsewhere, because I am 100% sure that they did not even start making any sofa for me. I do not recommend this company from the word at all.

When looking for a sofa, I really liked the choice of Soff.by, rather, we chose 3 models between which we were determined. We went to the store about 4-5 times to see in person, "try", and consult. But we were never able to choose a sofa in this store, and all because of the terrible attitude towards the Customer! The seller was not interested in the buyer from the word at all. Upon arrival at the store, no one came up to us, asked if we needed advice, the seller was minding his own business. After we decided to take the initiative, only then did they contact us) we really liked especially 1 sofa, which was not presented to the store. When I showed a screenshot from the Instagram account of this store, the seller told me that she did not have such a sofa and she did not understand what kind of sofa it was)) That is, the seller does not own the catalog and does not understand what is on sale and what is not) Later she found out that there is such a sofa, but she can't tell anything about it, it's natural)) To orientate the tissues - there were also difficulties) We also wanted to make a pouf for the sofa, 1 time we were oriented at one price, 2 times we were oriented at another increased cost with the same introductory. Did you understand that the seller does not have the information, but still tolerate a boorish attitude? What did we think, okay, let's close our eyes, because the sofas are cool, then we couldn't get to this store 5 times, given that our questions couldn't be answered at the time of choice, and what would have happened if the sofa hadn't been brought in time? Or did you have any other questions? When I informed you on Instagram at the store for the first time that the attitude was terrible, we were also not interested in solving the problem (perhaps with the management), perhaps we should be offered some conditions so that we could still make a purchase. It could have been some kind of small discount, a pillow as a gift, or something small but pleasant! To which they apologized in response and said they would take action) this was the answer, both for the first time when contacting, and for the fifth time) After visiting another salon, we were extremely surprised by the excellent service, where this one was not even nearby. What to say about the fact that 2 sofas were purchased in another salon. Worse service than in Soff.by I haven't met for a long time)

We bought a sofa in this store, and with it a headache. After three months of use, it began to creak, the corner part of the sofa began to rise. After another couple of months, the backrest deformed, and part of the foam rubber popped out.I went to the store, agreed to take the sofa for inspection, while disassembling the sofa, I have to take it out at my own expense. When asked if this was a warranty case or not, they replied that they would take the sofa away and look at it there.If you want to buy a sofa for six months, then you need soff.by .

When ordering here, be prepared that the sofa will be made not for 30-40 working days, but for all four months. Then their equipment will break down and fabrics will be missing, which you personally chose, I do not dispute, the prices are good, but read on the sites, some negative comments and boorish behavior on the phone, when for your money, your order is delayed.
