Nice hotel, everything was clean and cozy. The room has almost everything you need. Modern renovation. The hotel is located near the center. But I would like to note that we booked the room 2 months in advance and agreed for one amount. During our arrival, we kept in touch with the hotel to confirm the reservation and find out if anything had changed. But upon our arrival, and it was 4 a.m., the cost was reduced, of course the price was more expensive. It was very unpleasant! Apparently, the administration is not very interested in its visitors , because we were offered to pay for the night and if we are not satisfied with this new amount , they said that we can move out 🤷♀️It was our mistake that we did not request any written confirmation. Therefore, if you choose this hotel, keep this in mind. Everything was fine, but this moment really upset us.

A new hotel. Friendly and helpful staff who do everything to ensure that the guests' stay is excellent.
The hotel is located near the center. If necessary, a store with VTB ATMs is located opposite, through which you can withdraw drams at a normal rate. There is a market within walking distance.
I can recommend it.

A new hotel. The area is a bit creepy, but you can live - Nardosa Street is full of car service stations, tire shops, plumbing and repair shops. The breakfast is excellent. Of the disadvantages:
- the windows of the rooms facing the street are not covered with curtains, but opposite residential high-rise buildings;
- in the shower, the water goes down the drain badly;
- there is a kettle and a capsule coffee machine in the room, but no capsules are offered, only tea bags;
- A man who spoke neither Armenian nor Russian and spoke poor English worked at the reception periodically. I once helped Armenians check into a hotel by translating from Russian into English.

Convenient location, walking distance to the city center (~15-20 min), grocery stores, money exchange - everything is nearby. The hotel is clean, tidy, everything you need in the room, very friendly staff. I definitely recommend it

I give 1 star only for delicious breakfasts.
As a person who travels privately and books hotels, I will say this, this is one terrible hotel.
To begin with , I was very confused that my passport was photographed without even warning , usually checked and given away .
The room is spacious, but in the bathroom you can add some shelves for the convenience of guests, and a couple of hooks .
The hotel is on the road and it 's very noisy , okay , there are only tire shops nearby, the stench is terrible 😔
But what upset me more was that the administration of this hotel does not think about its visitors , so on the day of departure they tell me "you used the mini-bar, you have to pay" despite the fact that they did not warn me in advance, and there was not even a price list in the room for the bar. And at the time of booking it was written that the mini bar is included in the price. Prices are not a bar, of course, space, it is better to buy the same in the store.
Unfortunately, this happens .
