The good location of the hotel allows you to get to the city center without using transport in 20 minutes on foot, and your way will run through a colorful market where you can buy something tasty at a reasonable price.

Friendly and caring staff, always respond quickly to any requests and wishes. The room is cleaned with high quality, always new towels and fresh linen. Organization of excursions at the highest level.
The room we booked fully matched the description. Restaurants, shops are all in the vicinity. The location of the hotel is so good that you can walk and walk to the center of Yerevan in just 10 minutes.

It was in December 2022. A very pleasant little hotel. Photos from the site correspond to reality. The room was clean. There are slippers and disposable toothbrushes. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty. But the owners left the most pleasant impression. They are responsive and attentive. You can get to the city center by public transport or taxi, since taxis are not expensive. Yandex taxi works. Please note that not all-Russian maps work. The Tinkoff WORLD map works exactly.

A nice hotel with a convenient location. The rooms are spacious. We visited twice, I liked everything. The breakfast is varied and hearty. I recommend rooms on the second floor: the price difference is small, but there is a refrigerator)

A nice, clean hotel, though without an elevator. Breakfasts are available only in season, but there is always boiling water, tea in assortment, coffee, sugar, and a minimum set of dishes. Very decent management. The city center is a 15-minute walk away, near a grocery market and a wonderful temple. I recommend it!

We were in January 2023, we liked everything very much. A small hotel with everything you need, a good location, a shop nearby, delicious and varied breakfasts. Friendly staff, champagne was presented for the new year, which was very pleasant! Let's go back)

The room was under a roof with a window.
There is an Internet connection - it falls off for 5 minutes several times a day.
A TV with AndroidTV.
The bathroom is clean, there are towels and a washbasin.
The staff is friendly.
The biggest disadvantage is the very thin entrance door to the room, literally made of 5mm plywood. Everything is perfectly audible, even the TV from the next room.
The taps in the bathroom are "whistling". It won't work to wash up quietly.
If it weren't for the last two points, I would have put 5. Otherwise, a normal 4-star hotel has a lot to grow :)

Very cozy rooms, friendly reception staff who will tell, show and explain where you can buy-change money and generally help with everything in their power. It was very safe, I was alone with the child, I was worried about this. It turned out, in vain. Everything is just fine.

One of the disadvantages is strong audibility, so you better get ready to hear, in addition to the creaking of the bed, also a knock on the door.
