I've been renting an office here for many years, I'm very happy. The only frustrating thing is that parking has become a little tense. The contingent of people near the business center, in the store and at the bus stop is very dubious, there are a lot of drunks. But this is compensated by the comfort in the business center itself and not the high rental price.

I liked this business center. Everything is clean and tidy. Nice spacious corridors, normal toilets. 2 large elevators. I counted 3 points with hot lunches and 5 pieces with coffee. Plus a grocery store. This somehow compensates for the fact that the office is in the "field" and there is nothing nearby. "Nothing" in the sense of where you could go during a work break. And, of course, the transport goes strangely: 6, 49,196 bus. It is impossible to get from the office to Petrovshchyna metro station without a direct transfer.
