We have been to this hotel several times. I like everything. Rooms, a comfortable bed, luxurious breakfasts, a free shuttle to the Emirates Mall shopping complex. Large beach, green area.

Very cool hotel. The first room was with the usual Nouveau courtyard view. The staff heard the wishes and was given a room of a higher category with a gorgeous view of the sea.

Horror!!!- and this is a Palm Tree?!The cleaning is disgusting and you can't wait for it until you come to the reception several times and then they wave a rag. The food barely reaches the scoop canteen!And the beach is generally a separate song-not only is it dirty, but a cat with rabies walked around for half a day and no one cared about it until the vacationers raised a noise. The toilet on the beach is rarely cleaned, there are no changing rooms at all- they changed into unsanitary conditions in the toilet. There is a mess with taxis - you wait for an order for 15-20 minutes and everyone points at each other with their fingers! I really did not expect such a service in the UAE

Wonderful hotel! Location, rooms, service at a very good level! Peace and quiet . Large territory, 4 swimming pools, slides, Playground , club. The choice of food is great! The children were delighted. The contingent is mostly European. Next time we will definitely choose the Softener on the palm tree again!

Round-the-clock check-in, thoughtfulness of space, spacious rooms, attentiveness and courtesy of the staff - everything is fine! Separately, there is a wonderful children's playroom. For lovers of lying on the beach, couples in love and parents with young children - perfect. It's not cheap, but I think the price-quality ratio is quite.

The place is the best and the hotel is beautiful, there are at least Russians and Ukrainians. Drinks are all paid. And by the time the binding is to eat and drink.The sea standing stinks.
