I liked the hotel as a whole. We were passing through, we needed to spend the night. Great location, reasonable price. It was a little stuffy, there was no air conditioning, but in principle it was not critical. The windows are opening. There are fumigators. We rented a two-room suite. There is a large closet in the hallway. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, there is a large mirror. The child was sleeping on the couch. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. There is a refrigerator, a kettle in the room, which is convenient. Clear. The kitchen is shared on the ground floor, there are many tables, dishes, it is convenient to cook. Separate garbage collection (well done). There is a playground in the yard. The staff is polite.
The hotel is cheap. The room is clean. Cosy. The area is very beautiful. We haven't been to the bathhouse. The receptionists are friendly, except for one. She's strict. When booking, you need to say "do not change the room". There is always an inscription on the reception desk either "went to clean the bathhouse" or "went to clean the rooms". The kitchen has everything you need. You can cook your own food, tea, coffee. There is tea, coffee, sugar. Stove, microwave, wooden tables. Some groceries . Two refrigerators. Alone in the kitchen. One in the hallway. Where you can put your products. Cockroaches were running around the mugs in the morning, so it's better to take your own, or wash it beforehand. There is dishwashing detergent and soap. Overall a good hotel. For one night, that's it.
An excellent hostel, on a cozy territory where there are gazebos, a children's playground, a chic sauna with a swimming pool, wonderful polite staff, the administrator Tatiana explained everything in detail, settled in, even familiarized a little with the history of the most beautiful city of Polotsk, suggested what you can visit and where to walk - Thank you to us in the neighboring fraternal state, such wonderful people and there are such good locations where you can stay or spend time on a fairly budget but with high quality. Thank you Tatiana, thank you Polotsk and thank you Belarus
Not perfect, but decent.I definitely recommend it. Clean, tidy, bathroom in the room, refrigerator, TV, furniture, linen. It's more than decent for a hostel. The prices are acceptable. Closed Parking for guests, huge kitchen, sauna, barbecue area, Wi-Fi. Thank you very much. It will not be the last time in Belarus, so we will definitely come back.
I liked everything, it was very cozy, friendly staff, I was pleased that separate garbage collection was organized in the kitchen, but unfortunately the daughter (adult)I said that I saw cockroaches, so I lower my rating ((( I hope that the owners will solve this problem )
I will add a good location to the advantages -if you travel by car, then it takes 5-10 minutes to get to the center
The hotel is decent for living. The room is clean, there are towels and necessary hygiene products. Free secure parking. The hotel is located in the private sector, so it's quiet in the evening. I recommend it for living.
A favorite place when traveling to Polotsk. A large, cozy room, although there is not enough TV in the bedroom. Friendly staff. There is a wonderful sauna and a place where you can cook your own food!
The place is beautiful. The rooms are cozy ... but the staff should have been (not everyone, there are smiling and friendly girls) trying to hide their irritation at the arrival of guests. As an example, they refused to tell us the way by phone from the Eternal Flame. It was raining, we got lost... is it really difficult, because the locals work. They gave me the address, and thank you for that. They settled in room 5, there is no hot water in the shower. I had to harden up... then they agreed to relocate, with lamentations that there were always problems with hot water in this room, and why they put the question in the room. We moved to 11. The remotes are fat, you can't take them in your hands. The refrigerator is rattling like a generator… The morning was brightened by the smiles of a charming girl who was very polite and kind..
We traveled with our parents, took 2 suites opposite. The conditions are excellent, the "attic" inconveniences were a little strained: stuffy from the heated roof, ventilation is not particularly effective; a kind of shower: only a ceiling "tropical" watering can, while there is no "standard" with a hose. It was a little unusual for my parents, it was normal for us. But in general, the price-quality is excellent + friendly and helpful staff. I think, against the background of other offers in Polotsk, this place is just top.
The hostel has known better days. I stayed here about 9 years ago - it was the most gorgeous place. But now everything here urgently needs to be updated. Honestly, I'm ready to put up with a dirty table, noisy neighbors ... even the absence of a conder on the 2nd floor (and he is very needed there, in the heat the room was just an oven, in which 1 window can only be put on ventilation). Let's say everything, but damn, a bunch of cockroaches in the kitchen is already a complete joint. Moreover, it is a detached building. To etch the animals is a matter of a couple of days, of course, with further maintenance.
Total: disappointment. Yes, there doesn't seem to be much to show for 30 rubles, but I've stayed in much nicer places for that money.
A good hotel for your money. There is Wi-Fi on the first and second floors. The shower and toilet are shared on the floor. There is shampoo and shower gel in the shower. There is a fumigator in the room for those who like to sleep with the window open. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen. Cookies and bread are also served with tea. The TV is in the kitchen. There are gazebos on the street. It is good to sit there in the evening and drink tea in the fresh air. Polite staff, they will help and prompt everyone. The territory is located in the private sector, it is quiet at night. I put 5 for the combination of price and quality
We stayed with a family for one night, suite, two-room. Clean, cozy. There is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room. I was surprised by the high-quality bed linen - cotton satin. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On-site parking.
You can stay with a pet, in our case with a dog.
Thanks to the staff! We recommend it!
A very cozy hostel
Excellent rooms, well-maintained territory with many gazebos, a sauna and located not far from the center is very convenient
Do you feel at home
it is clean and comfortable, I recommend it to everyone, there are rooms with a bathroom and toilet and a hostel for the night! great audibility, but just right for an overnight stay! Price is quality! I recommend it!
We liked everything. We were by car, so the distance from the center did not affect our comfort. The staff is friendly and courteous. Everything is very clean. There were few people, so there were no problems with the shower and toilet. There are 2 showers on the floor, male and female, combined with a toilet. There was always toilet paper, gel and shampoo. The men's showers were busy in the morning. The husband used the female one. At least the Wi-Fi was good. We had a family standard with a double bed and a bunk nursery. I lay down on the nursery and, with a height of 174 cm, I fit in full height. A large and cozy kitchen on the ground floor with a large TV. There are a lot of dishes in the kitchen and everything you need for cooking. The territory is well maintained and cozy. Very close to the Euphrosyne monastery.
A clean and pleasant hostel. We spent the night in a separate room on the way from Grodno to St. Petersburg, we gave 60 b.rubles for two, a decent price for an overnight stay, clean bed linen and towels, thank you for watching this important aspect. Separate san.shower units for men and women, good toilet paper, good sound insulation, someone could be heard snoring in the hallway, but the room was quiet.
Large on-site parking.
Nice friendly woman at the reception 👍🏻
A very cool place to stay in Polotsk. It is located 10 minutes by public transport from the city center. Nice staff. There is a spacious public kitchen, dishes are provided, and tables for meals are organized in the kitchen. We lived on the second floor, on the floor there is a separate m/w shower combined with a toilet. There is a light in the hallway with motion sensors. I advise you to stay in this place!
I wanted a good one, there is a sauna, toilets, barbecue. Nice rooms. The toilet and shower are shared on the floor. The kitchen is shared. There are all utensils and equipment in the kitchen. There is a washing machine and a refrigerator. 30p per night.
the apartment is very spacious, the toilet and bath are separate. We spent only 1 night, but a very big minus is that there are no grids on the windows...There were a lot of mosquitoes , I didn 't sleep all night . My brother even went to sleep on the sofa in the living room, and then he didn't get rid of them...Please make grids on the windows so that other people do not suffer and rest 🙏🙏🙏
We stayed overnight with my wife on the way to the sanatorium. A very nice, cozy, clean private sanatorium. Friendly and caring owners and staff. I recommend 100%.
We stayed at the hostel to spend the night. Clean, tidy, very decent bed linen, towels. We lived with a dog (Chihuahua) + 10 BEL / rubles and paid extra for a pet. We rented two rooms: a suite (two rooms, bathroom, TV, kettle) and a second with a double bed and facilities on the floor. The only thing is to take a shower in the suite, you will be doused from head to toe with ice water while you turn on and adjust the water. There is no adjustment of the shower head. There is a shower, a washing machine. the car is on the floor, the kitchen is ready to cook something. Minus (for which I lower the score), this is sound insulation. We fell asleep with difficulty, we could hear everything in the next room, every sneeze and farts and conversations. In the morning, a group of men was going to work at 6:30, the whole hostel was awake. There are no nets on the windows and mosquitoes have been squeaking all night.
A great place for its level (mini-hotel). The rooms are clean and well-groomed, the service and staff are excellent (Polotsk was the first stop in Belarus, but as they say, "meet by clothes" - the meeting was very cordial). Everything is very clean, the surrounding large area and its own Parking. The only negative point is that there are not enough air conditioners and it was stuffy in hot weather with no wind, but this did not significantly worsen the overall impression. In the category of mini-hotels, this hotel is an excellent place in terms of price-quality ratio (there is something to compare it with)... I recommend it, 10 out of 10

The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a kitchen downstairs with a stove, microwave, kettle and necessary utensils.
Of the cons: it is very hot, there is no air conditioner or fan. The only salvation is to open all the windows, but at night countless mosquitoes fly in. I would suggest putting down mosquito nets, because the protective equipment provided to us, unfortunately, did not save us from countless bites:(
I also didn't really like the quality of the bed linen, but otherwise there are no questions, you can live.
We read reviews about the lack of mosquito nets, no, everything was available.
I really liked the abundance of gazebos, both open and glazed. We had breakfast outside, in the shade, great!
The site of the facility indicates that there is a bicycle rental service. I came to rent a bike, to which a very polite lady at the reception replied that there had been no rental for many years, and the site had not been updated for many years, they say, who believes the information on the site. It's a strange approach in this age of modern technology.
I stayed in the middle of the week. There were 4 people in the hostel. As far as I understood, the men from the construction company lived in a six-bed room. I asked to be put in a room where people can move in, but not in a six-bed room. Instead, I was offered only one option - a room for two people and demanded payment for two. I put one minus because of that. It is fashionable in the hostel to cook for yourself, there are conditions for this..the nearest shop is a 15-minute walk away at a leisurely pace
In general, it is not a bad place in the private sector on the outskirts of Polotsk. On the territory there is a small playground, a sauna (which we did not get into, we need to book in advance), barbecues and gazebos where you can sit with a barbecue. Our room was on the 1st floor, 4-bed - 2 beds and a two-storey one. The beds were wooden and creaked terribly at the slightest movement. In general, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator, a TV with one channel, but the bathroom leaves much to be desired (we were here 6 years ago - since then the toilet has been leaking), the shower head is only the upper one with a rather weak pressure.. There is a kitchen where you can cook on your own. It is a pity that we have abandoned the practice of breakfast from the hotel. The Internet was provided, but I almost didn't catch it in the room, just like 6 years ago, by the way. But in general, it is quite suitable for 1 night
We stayed with my husband and dog for overnight stays. On the way (and back) to/from Grodno. Excellent conditions and price. We were interested in a hotel where it is possible to stay with a pet. Very convenient location, located in the private sector. You can also walk the dog and relax. Everything you need to stay is there! Different room categories. There is a picnic area and a sauna! Super friendly staff! Thank you 🙏
A nice neat building with its own enclosed area. There is parking, gazebos. They settled in quickly. The name of the hostel was confusing, but it is a mini-hotel. For 85 Belarusian rubles, we got a nice 2-room room. The room has everything you need, a refrigerator, a TV, a tea set, a large bathroom.
A wonderful place, we rented a suite for two on the attic floor, a cozy spacious room, a corridor with a spacious wardrobe, a large bathroom with a shower and a bathroom, a living room with a sofa, a refrigerator, an armchair and a table, and actually a bedroom with a comfortable bed and fresh bedding) everywhere is clean and bright) a small minus is on wi-fi is not very good on the second floor, but I don't even know if it's a minus or a plus, on the one hand, I didn't always manage to post photos or read the news, and on the other, I enjoyed my vacation and didn't sit on the phones😁 So the room is definitely good😊
A good and not expensive hotel. There are several "closed" gazebos with barbecue grills, a "Russian" sauna, a kitchen where you can cook something yourself. The suite has a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle (I don't know how I took the suite in the usual ones). And all this in a quiet area.
Overall, a very good hotel, comfortable rooms, a shared kitchen with everything you need. The main disadvantage in summer is mosquitoes. There are no mosquito nets on the windows and this TENFOLD worsens the quality of sleep, since there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room and for some reason the fumigator that we were given at the reception could not cope with mosquitoes. If this problem is solved, then a stay at the hotel will be quite acceptable.
The room is comfortable to stay in. We spent more nights. Companies buzzed in gazebos under the windows, but strictly until 23h. Check-in, in principle, at any time. Clear. The staff is helpful, everything is for the client. Parking on the territory, the gates are sliding, they close at night, but you can leave. We had sockets, a lamp, a wardrobe, chairs... In abundance. Bathroom on the floor. One toilet, shower, washing machine.. Everything looks fresh. I liked.
We stayed for one night while passing through. Everything is fine in principle, but there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, but there is also a remedy for them in the room right away
We booked a room by phone and drove 800 km. The tired ones rested on the fact that they stupidly did not make a reservation and we were left without a room. It's a pity because there were no such problems in this hotel before, alas, but most likely we will not apply here anymore!!!!!!
I liked everything. Except for the staff. The level of communication between the staff and the customer - sellers at the village bazaar. The tone of communication is constantly keeping you in suspense. You feel your "inferiority", you feel like a fool. Upon departure, I received a reproach that this is not a hostel, but a hotel. Despite the fact that all the signs read: "hostel". Starting from the street and inside. And even more so in the hotel they don't communicate like that...
Clean, the rooms are normal as for a hostel. But the walls of a couple of sheets of drywall will give you excellent audibility of the conversation from the next room.
They are allowed with dogs for an additional fee. Clean, cozy. There is a kitchen where you can have breakfast. If necessary, you can wash things, but only why prices vary. We were charged 5p, my sister 1p)
Overall, the impression is positive. The only thing was that we lived in a room with a double bed and a sofa. It's on the second floor. The windows are attic, if the windows are open, then mosquitoes fly, if closed, it is unbearably hot, kondey would solve this issue
A nice mini-hotel on the outskirts of the city. Quiet, calm, green, the air is fresh. You can get to the center on foot, but it's better by car. One inconvenience is mosquitoes
A good place to relax and stay. The room is clean and everything works. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and a dining room. A sufficient number of dishes. There are gazebos and barbecues on the territory. There is a sauna. Parking in the yard. Everything is there for a comfortable stay.
A wonderful place, everything is always at hand: clean linen, in the kitchen there are dishes in abundance, such little things as salt, oil, toothpicks, napkins - there is always. Huge parking lot.
the only thing I would like is hot water immediately, so as not to drain for 15 minutes, and it is not very convenient that the showers are directly from the ceiling - it is not very convenient when you do not need to wash your hair))) Otherwise, everything is fine. Sauna, swimming pool, gazebos open, gazebos closed barbecues, even the weather is always suitable when I go there))))
A very cozy place, we were passing through for one night. Everything is clean, a quiet place, there is a kitchen where you can cook. There are cool gazebos in the courtyard with the opportunity to sit and cook kebabs.
Excellent hotel, we stopped by for an overnight stay before a long trip to Belarus. The only thing is that there is no cafe nearby and there is no food to buy in the hotel itself, there is only a shop. It would be great to organize some kind of minimal menu for guests who arrive late.
A pleasant hostel, a good territory, comfortable rooms and a shower of good quality, but at the reception there is a conductor of a disgusting mood for a day. A woman who works the day shift does not know how to communicate with people from the word at all. He answers calls like a girlfriend, "che-kay" into the phone, no subordination and politeness. Not very pleasant emotions
The suite is comfortable and clean enough, only it has its own bathroom. Wi-Fi pulls weakly, but, if desired, it catches a much more powerful one on the ground floor, you can solve your tasks. It is somewhat stuffy in the heat and there are no mosquito nets, which complicates ventilation. At night, for about an hour, it was prevented from sleeping by the barking of unknown dogs - the presence of a private sector nearby creates some inconvenience precisely for this. However, a large secured private parking is an important plus. There are shops nearby, but the city center is a half-hour walk away.
