We are returning to the hotel for the second year in a row. Everything is great, except for bedbugs. At first I did not understand what kind of pimples went all over my body, I returned home, went to the dermatologist-bug bites!
There was no such thing that year.
The safe was broken, it was changed. The breakfasts are good, the location is excellent. The room is too small for 3 people, but it's great to spend the night.

Good location. Close to all the attractions. There is a metro station nearby. And the metro in Istanbul is very "understandable", the taxi replacement is complete. All shopping malls are on the green line. When switching from one branch to another, you have to pay again. 1 payment = 10 liras. Taxi from 200 liras. The hotel is very clean. They clean it every day. Towels are changed every day and tea, coffee, cream, sugar, shower gel, soap, shampoo, 2 bottles of water are put in. There is a kettle and a safe in the room. In the morning, the mullah wakes up, there is a mosque nearby. But for tired travelers, no sounds are scary. The room is bright. Underfloor heating, no batteries. Excellent shower cabin and water pressure, dry after washing! The windows do not look at the sea, but at the neighboring building. But there's no time to look at them, because that's not why people come to Istanbul. Thanks to all the staff (who, by the way, do not speak Russian, almost in full). If we come again, we will stay here in Istanbul.

A very wonderful hotel, right in the heart. Convenient location, near bus stops, large rooms 23-25 sq.m. in the old town, a gorgeous view of the mosque of Mustafa (son of Suleiman), breakfasts are all fresh and delicious. I'll come back here again, and the staff is just a separate song, very responsive guys

I didn't like it!!!The rooms are dirty, they asked to clean up, it's useless, everything is in their hair, they have no idea about wet cleaning.Breakfasts, this is a separate sadness, disgusting, there is nothing to eat except olives and bread, coffee in bags, in short, horror.The area is also not very dirty!!!

I stayed at this hotel in April 2023.The hotel is very good for its category, good location, close to all attractions, metro within walking distance. The breakfast is continental, no frills. The rooms are small, but everything is clean and tidy. Cleaning is done every day, although the towels were changed only 1 time. There is a kettle, tea and coffee in the room. Bottled water was brought daily.Of the cons: there is no sound insulation, it feels like it's in a cardboard house, but it only prevented us once, when a noisy neighbor arrived at night.

Honestly, this is a great hotel for your money, yes, three stars, but: clean, tidy, delicious breakfasts, staff are always in touch, in general I am delighted! The full review can be seen on YouTube, if you type in the name of the hotel I was filming. The hotel also looks fresh, relatively new renovation, looks beautiful from the outside, but there is a mosque nearby and prayers are heard from there every day at 6 a.m.- you will wake up, but it is so interesting and authentic that it did not spoil the impression a bit!

A good hotel for your money. Located in the area of the Suleymane Mosque, the area is calm, not noisy. There is a metro and a tram nearby, which we actively used. In general, it will not be difficult to walk to Hagia Sophia and other central attractions, it will take a leisurely walk of 10-15 minutes. The breakfasts are good, buffet style. We had enough of everything. Towels were changed every day, and they were cleaned too. The only bad noise insulation, but we came tired after walking around the city late at night and I fell asleep like a log without hearing anything) I liked the hotel, we will come back again)

We were at the hotel from March 22 to March 25, 2023. The hotel is very well located. In a fairly quiet place, near the city municipality, and, accordingly, it is safe - the police were constantly on duty near the municipality, so silence and order. The hotel itself is small, the rooms are tiny, but clean enough. The room has everything you need - a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, shower gel, soap, slippers.The hotel does not provide flat breakfasts and dinners, we were sent to a nearby hotel, where a cook specially prepared for us.
It's nothing, BUT! There is one huge disadvantage! These are BEDBUGS. It is simply impossible to sleep! There was no reaction from the hotel staff to the remark. We caught bedbugs every night, all bitten ourselves, I hope that we did not bring this "souvenir" with us. In general, before choosing this hotel, think about it.

I had a chance to stay in this hotel for 11 days.
Of the advantages:
- breakfast
- wi-fi
- there is an elevator
- close to the center, vezneciler metro station
Minuses:
- the room is dirty
- the administration does not respond to warnings
- money was stolen from the room, not very much, within 5 thousand rubles (and stolen in rubles and Turkish lira), but still not pleasant! Therefore, 1 star. I wrote a statement to the police about them, and no one considered my application (

The hotel is clean and tidy, it smells delicious of oils at the entrance. The staff is very friendly, coffee/tea was offered upon check-in. At first, we had a problem that the Wi-Fi and air conditioning did not work. Because of the latter, we were moved to another room. You can't go out on the balcony, it's there, but the door is closed. There is no free sauna, and there is no pool at all. Only breakfast is included.
The audibility is disgusting. You can hear all the moments of the neighbors' stay, especially the most intimate ones.

Good evening.From October 30 to November 5, my colleague and I rested at this hotel.When I was driving, I read reviews about bedbugs, I was upset.I took with me remedies for bedbugs, if anything, then treat it.The first question I asked at the reception was about bedbugs.But alas, everything was fine.No bedbugs.The location of the hotel is great, everything is nearby, within walking distance.Suleymania Blue Mosque,mosque,GDR turbe of Suleiman's children and sisters in 2 minutes.....etc.The staff working at the hotel is friendly.The breakfasts are good.A very lovely maid worked on our 4th floor.There is a wonderful GULSUM in the dining room, OMER helped everyone at the reception and all the real workers are wonderful.I recommend it to everyone.And I will come to this hotel for the 2nd time.

A good 3 star hotel. I liked the warm, underfloor heating in the room. We slept with the windows open in winter. I didn't like the view from the window. It is necessary to choose to look at the street, and not into the yard. The breakfasts are delicious, the food selection is decent. The room is clean, the water is hot. Tea and coffee are all there. There were problems with settling in. They did not want to move in and said that the hotel was in an emergency and was being renovated. After an hour of talking, they showed us a room and offered to pay extra for another one. The rooms had a good modern renovation, everything is neat and clean, but there is one THING! A very fat but that eats you at night - BEDBUGS. there are a lot of them. After talking with the administration, we were moved to another hotel for free, but the conditions were worse. One of the advantages is a good SPA.

Lovely hotel and staff. Don't worry about going at all. It's worth it! Everything is at the highest level. Cleaning every day! The location is excellent.
As for Istanbul, multiply the prices on the Internet for food and everything else by 10 boldly. To eat for two at least 2 thousand, minimum!

The impression of the hotel depends on which room you come across. Lived on the 5th and 3rd floor.
Not completely renovated, the furniture is mostly old. The size of a standard room is quite small, it is uncomfortable to stay more than 3 days (but we must take into account that the hotel is urban). On the 5th floor, the windows are curtained with bird bars and you are unlikely to like the view from the window.
A very negative impression of the bathroom. After you take a shower, all the water will be on the floor (so it was on the 3rd floor, everything was fine on the 5th).

The only advantage of this hotel is the location and photos on the website)))). That's where it ends. Realizing that I stopped at three stars on 05.01.2022 and only spend the night, I do not find fault, but I warn you. So: a room for four people, in general there is enough space, but the floor is very dirty!!!There are underwear and socks left under the bed from previous guests!!!! I asked to remove it, it was not removed.... There are no decent words for this outrage. The water does not leave the sink. The hair dryer is not working. There is black mold in the shower between the tiles. The elevator can only carry one person. The window does not close tightly. They just smile at complaints. But everything is fine with Wi-Fi.)))))) I attached a photo, but most likely they will be banned. R. S. A little positive: 06.01. Breakfast is very good!
