It's not the first time I've been to this karaoke, the sound is great, the staff is pleasant, especially the girls on the sound. Everything is explained in an accessible way, it is very convenient to order tracks on a tablet. There is a cool photo zone with a mirror cat. The entrance is symbolic 10 rubles.
Convenience: There is a parking lot, the city center.
The entertainment center itself has a bowling alley, a restaurant, and a disco. Something is constantly being updated for the better! I recommend it

Very pleasant interior, sociable, polite and friendly staff. Exquisite cuisine, with a variety of flavors and choices. The bar offered interesting cocktails and rare alcohol. I put 5 stars;)

05.01.2024 we were a company of 7 people. The whole evening was ruined by the staff. Initially, our table had 2 songs in a row, but after 2 hours they left one for us. When asked "why", the employee at the music started shaking some kind of piece of paper about 2 songs and 8 people. The receptionist was called, she also couldn't answer the question "why didn't a piece of paper stop us from singing 2 songs for 2 hours, and suddenly started interfering in the middle of the night." The most incompetent employees who themselves created a conflict situation and did not solve it. I believe that the situation could have been solved without any problems, just leaving everything as it was, since they had counted the number of songs incorrectly.
There was a second moment of staff incompetence that evening. At 23:30 we ordered pizza. The waitress replied that the kitchen was no longer working. And at 00:30 and 1:30 at another table, the waitress brought several pizzas. To our question: “Is that how the kitchen doesn't work?” the employee replied with something unintelligible, referring to the administrator. The bartender said that the kitchen is open until 02:00.

Everything is cool, music, lights, kitchen.

We go to this karaoke quite often. The sound is great, the songs are ordered via a tablet. You pay the entrance fee and sing songs one by one from table to table. I especially like it when there are not enough people yet - then you can sing songs more often) And when the hall is full of people, it's still fun, we sing with the whole hall!
The waiters and the sound engineer are friendly. The waiting time for salads is always no more than 20 minutes, hot up to 40, but usually everything is brought earlier. Drinks are generally like this for 3-5 minutes!

We had a rest with our girlfriends on March 9th.
Karaoke itself is great, but the kitchen and the waiters' service leave much to be done.
2 dishes out of 3 are underweight, but I'm sure that with the main dishes it would be the same, if they claim that they have everything through the scales, the emotional behavior of the waiter is not pleasant, as well as the question of the freshness of the products, the evening is spoiled, I do not recommend this institution!
