The best salon I've ever been in

I was on a monochrome coloring by master Xenia, unfortunately the master did not get into the color that I showed in the photo at all, the color turned out to be much darker, but this is still half the trouble..
I reassured myself that the paint would wash off over time and that was it, but unfortunately, when a little more than a week had passed, a couple of shampoos, I realized that the master had made the crown, roots and several pieces of the back very dark, darker even than the main color. I assume that this happened as a result of the fact that the master ran out of paint by the end of coloring, when we were at the stage of Roots and crown and had to mix a new portion, obviously, the master did not get into the color and made an even darker shade. Now it has been 2 months since the staining and the main color has already been washed off and it has become better, but there is a dark stripe next to the overgrown root and the color is not uniform at the back, there are spots.
Of course, this whole situation upset me very much, because the salon has a good rating, a very pleasant administrator, and the master was polite, but I can't say anything good about professionalism, it's a pity. 🥲
A week later, I called, asked how it could be fixed, the administrator offered to come to the same master for a consultation, see if something could be done, but, frankly, I was afraid to go to the same specialist again, and another master, of course, would not fix his work for free.
Now, after such staining, only flushing should probably be done on these areas.

I had a haircut with Master Maria. Initially, I liked everything and I even left happy. However, when I saw what a haircut looks like from behind... To put it mildly, it's not at all what I asked for. There are layers only in the front, but there is no smell of them from behind. The first photo is how I got a haircut, the second is what I showed the master as an example. I am extremely upset with the result, I will have to go to another place to fix it somehow. I really regret that I did not think of asking to show a haircut from behind in the salon, perhaps this was the master's calculation. In the process, clarifying questions were asked about how everything should look, as it turned out, only half of this (the front) was observed. I would understand if the master had immediately said that he would not be able to do such a haircut, but finding out about it is not even at the end of the procedure, but after it is quite unpleasant. I do not recommend it.

I did lamination, correction and coloring of eyebrows. The worst experience of my life. They didn't see the shape, the eyebrows were at different levels, the paint was taken in lumps, the result had to be washed off. I will never go to this salon again in my life.
