I liked everything, the hotel itself is not bad, the food is decent, the staff, special thanks to the manager Vladimir Paliyenko, the questions were quickly resolved. The biggest problem was the drunken English teenagers, the noise stood until the morning.
A modern, recently renovated hotel. A large dining room with a large selection of buffet dishes. Champagne is free for breakfast, wine must be bought for dinner, a bartender drives up to each table. The beach is urban, sun beds are paid. It's nice to walk down the street past cafes and shops to the beach, 10 minutes. You can rent a car yourself or hire a taxi driver and take two sightseeing routes in one day. There is a water park for children near the hotel. The best place for adult schoolchildren is a disco with drunk English students and very polite, almost charismatic policemen.
A good hotel, nice large rooms, excellent location, a variety of breakfasts, a pool bar, very friendly staff ready to help, there are Russian-speaking staff if necessary. Among the disadvantages is the typically poor wi-fi for large hotels and the fact that the pool closes at 19:00.
A wonderful vacation! The staff is nice and helpful. The food at the hotel is very diverse, for every taste. Cleaning every day in the room. It's five minutes to the beach. I don't want to write a lot - try it yourself - there will be no disappointment!

I still don't understand why a hotel with a huge number of partying youth sells tickets to family people with young children. At night, there is constant noise from the deranged German-Anglo-French audience, who yell songs, knock on all the doors and laugh in the hallway! And the audibility in the rooms is just great! For two weeks, our family slept in earplugs all night! The youth of Europe are treated very carefully - after all, this is a place for children of non-poor parents who send their crumbs to hang out alone! I personally watched how the police and medical workers walk around the hotel and siphon drunken youth from binge drinking and drugs. On the beaches here, the whole youth is sipping joints and does not hide at all. There's nothing to do in the evenings: the evening program sucks! The cuisine in the restaurant is so-so. It's the same thing almost every day. Sometimes you don't know what to take at all. Room cleaning is a nightmare! They do not wash the floors and do not clean the bathroom at all! Towels are changed, but they can slip in with stains. Unpleasant. It is impossible to swim in the hotel pool: the party youth arranges team games with the ball! I didn't even lie down quietly on the sun beds: I was hit by a sword! It hurt! But for tiny children, a separate pool is the only plus of this hotel. I also want to say that this is only my negative experience, maybe biased in some ways due to sleepless nights, but for family people over 25 years old, living here is unhealthy!
Excellent cuisine, excellent location. I've been to this hotel three times. Absolutely disgusting neighbors in the next hotel. They pee out of the windows. Young Englishmen. Magaluf is a downhole area and is not suitable for a relaxing holiday. Wonderful evenings at the hotel. There are Russian-speaking employees. Everything else is fine. There is my review on TOP HOTELS.I recommend the hotel. No complaints about cleanliness and friendliness. The best cuisine in the region.
Very nice hotel, delicious food, comfortable rooms! Located five minutes from the sea 🌊
There are shops) There is a large supermarket within a 15-minute walk. 🏬
The hotel is super!I recommend it to everyone and I will come back here myself!incomparable cuisine, atmosphere!the only negative is the party youth in the hotel area, which interfere with sleep!
It was our most disgusting vacation. There are a lot of young people from France, England, etc. Drinking, partying, shouting. If you are going to the sea to sleep off and relax, then you are not here.
