Disgusting service, incompetent staff. I left my sneakers for repair, they said it would take a week. A week later I called, and at first no one could even find my contact and what kind of shoes I left. Then they found it, said that the master had left and everything would be ready in a couple of days. Another week has passed. No one has contacted me yet. I'm calling and there's another problem with finding my sneakers. It turned out that they still don't have a repairman. No one was going to inform me. According to the person who answered the call, "we thought we would make it." I do not advise anyone to contact here.
