I wanted to use the services of the Soli Trans carrier
from Moscow to Donetsk, I ordered a ticket for 06/27/2024.
I got acquainted with the rules of transportation on the website, where it is indicated that you can book by phone number or through the website. I dialed the phone 8 949 526 17 45, the man answered, listened, but he could not write it down, as he was engaged in repairs and told me to send a message to this one about the date, time, number of places, route and they will inform me about the reservation. No one called. The next day, When they did not answer this phone, I made an attempt to place an order through the website, filled in the required information, a message appeared in 40 minutes they will contact me. No one called or informed about the confirmation of the reservation. I wrote to e-mail about the unsatisfactory organization of ordering and taking measures to process my order.
In response, I received the following message: I quote verbatim:"the contract between you and the carrier company has not been appointed, due to the fact that you violated the agreement on the use of the site, we are a private company and have the right to decide with whom we conclude contracts in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. In the future, we will refuse you the service of our company"
Since there are no details of this company on the website, I sent a message to the carrier's email address about sending me an INN, a legal address for further appealing against the actions of this company and bringing to responsibility for violation of consumer rights and unjustified refusal of the carrier from the declared service. I received a reply in the message:Legal address - Islambey, Islambey Bostani Sk. No:37, 34060 Eyüpsultan/Istanbul, Turkey
My conclusions:this organization ignores the laws of the Russian Federation, is engaged in illegal business on the territory of the Russian Federation in
violation of all rules and regulations. Unskilled personnel demonstrate ignorance of the laws and consumer rights, with the confidence of complete impunity.
Therefore, I appeal to potential customers of the services of this company: to find a carrier that operates according to the rules established in the Russian Federation and does not contact scammers.
As for my further actions:
I intend to apply to the relevant authorities regarding the illegal activities of this organization, including filing a lawsuit in court for violation of consumer rights with requirements relevant to the law.

A DISASTER, not a company.The driver is an elderly mentally unstable alcoholic with experience who releases cigarette smoke into the cabin!!!He screams, swears and promises to ’FORGET" the passengers he dislikes at the nearest gas station.
I was forced to leave this flight, having reached the GREEN in half with grief.
Flight Donetsk-Moscow, from August 24, 2023. At 12.00 from Donetsk.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!I strongly do not recommend this company.If you value your life and the lives of your loved ones

Disgusting service and a driver with a shattered nervous system, yelling at passengers after wishing to turn on the air conditioner in 30 degree heat.
I was traveling with my sister on August 25, 2020 from Donetsk to Moscow, we were outraged by the treatment of passengers and drivers, as well as the complete elimination of the operator of this company during the extremely unpleasant situation that arose, when right at the border, already in front of the barrier, the driver was loaded into a police car, due to the lack of permission to transport passengers!!.. So, if you are offered to ride on a blue big VOLKSWAGEN bus with 12 seats, state number B680AH, refuse abruptly and demand to change the car, my good advice!
