We have been buying smoked quail eggs in retail chains for a long time. We love them very much. You can eat like this, you can add it to a salad as an interesting shade of flavor. But recently they started to download an unpleasant detail. At first it appeared rarely, but now there are several pieces in each pack: A trace from an egg puncture with a fingernail. I understand that in this enterprise, eggs are most likely cleaned manually to reduce the likelihood of shells or films getting into the finished product, but there were not so many nail marks before. It is unpleasant to eat such eggs. We don't know if the nails are clean or dirty, whether they are wearing gloves or not. The last few times they threw them in the trash, but they stopped buying them. Where is the quality control? Please pay attention to the finished products, because this has never happened before.

I have to leave a negative review about the products of the Soligorsk poultry farm. For several weeks I have been buying eggs from this factory and every time I face the same problem – it is simply impossible to peel eggs normally from the shell.
For comparison, eggs from other producers are cleaned without any difficulty. But the eggs of the Soligorsk poultry farm are simply terrible in this regard: the shell literally sticks to the protein, and peeling the egg whole becomes a real challenge.
I have a question: what is the food for birds at the Soligorsk poultry farm that has such a negative effect on the quality of eggs? I would like to receive clarifications and see improvements in this aspect!
Please pay attention to this issue and take appropriate action. The quality is good, but this moment 😤😤

There is a good canteen and a shop at the factory. If I'm passing through, I definitely visit the store and buy carcasses of laying hens, yes they are sweet, but the taste is very saturated, and they are fed better. I also buy eggs in large trays.
