A very cozy residential complex. Beautiful view of the mountains. A beautiful courtyard. The playground is beautifully and conveniently equipped. There are a lot of greenery and flowers.

A very beautiful residential complex, especially the courtyard, everything is thought out, trees and shrubs, like in a botanical garden.A well-maintained courtyard, although the snow is not immediately removed, they do not have time, apparently, but there is a problem, repairs are always underway, people are moving into new apartments in Block 4 and there is the sound of drills and hammers in all seasons.
