One of the best residential complexes in Almaty, huge territory, greenery, clean air, magnificent mountain views. Underground parking, walking paths, etc...... Everything is just great!!!!

The yard is awesome, lots of flowers, plants, lots of playgrounds and Cool places, but the money is always in the way, saying something, the security here is very strict and attentive, I would even say too much
