A Soviet-style salon, if you can call them that, specialists don't know anything and can't make simple men's hairstyles without jambs.. not how they do not react to comments in order to correct certain jambs ..I do not advise you to visit this barbershop!

If they talk to a potential client on the phone like that and hang up without letting you say a word and ask questions, then I'm afraid to imagine what level of services are offered in the salon. I will not advise anyone and even more - I will dissuade you from going to such a "salon". The managers are advised to send their staff to communication courses with the client and buy each a book "What is a service" Feeling that the girls are not at work, but in the kitchen with a friend over a cocktail glass. I wonder if they are also insubordinate with the leadership? Maybe I'm just jealous that we also get paid for rudeness.
There are only "stars" working there,,,,,, I don't like the service, everyone has their own customers, and if someone else serves you, you will come out almost with tears, they will do such a haircut, as if they didn't teach you anything or on purpose.... I am not satisfied with the service in this barbershop, there is no positive, only negative and anger. The room itself is dirty, look at the shelves where the tools that no one handles,,,, dropped and lifted to the floor and continue to work. I go to other masters in another barbershop, where they will treat the client pleasantly. Wish---- change the attitude towards people, be kinder and clean up.
It was not pleasant to listen to comments about a haircut done in another salon, although no one asked for an opinion!!! We still need to change the approach to customers!!!
