I was installing an implant. The implant was
selected incorrectly. The inflammation was from the first day and for three months. After 7 days, I started contacting the clinic to get in touch with the doctor. It took more than a week and only then the doctor told me to make an appointment. After almost a month, I went to the doctor, who decided not to do anything with the implant, said that we would wait. But after 3 months, the doctor removed the implant, as there was inflammation with purulent discharge and the inflammation was already deep in the bone. I took a picture at another clinic, another doctor looked at the picture and said that the implant was too big for me. Naturally, the clinic insists that it is not the doctor's fault that the inflammation and severe throbbing pain, which did not go away even after taking fused painkillers in double dosage, bothered me from the first days for 1 month, and then perimplantitis just started. I followed all the instructions, drank antibiotics, rinsed with chlorhexidine, applied gels in the gum area, and did not chew food on this side for three months. The clinic claims that it's not the doctor's fault, of course. When I am asked to refund the amount of money from the entire implant installation operation, my calls are ignored, they are fed "breakfast", or they do not respond to messages at all. I informed two weeks before departure that I was going to leave the country on 09/06/2013, and I would not be able to physically come and apply for a refund, as a result, after a week and a half, I managed to find out that only 10 percent of the amount of GEL 1,500 could be returned to me for the fact that the implant did not take root through no fault of mine. Or reinstall it by paying for the service again. Although initially the doctor told me that if it doesn't take root, then under warranty I can reinstall, paying only for anesthesia and suture material. Deception and dishonest people are all around. No money was ever returned.
