The 4* hotel does not pull, it is very old and requires major repairs, which have not been carried out for a long time. The furniture in the rooms is in poor condition, the mattresses are sagged so much that you sleep on springs, the bed linen is old and washed to the point of horror, the towels are gray, torn, changed twice a week!!!There is no side in the shower room and this is why the water is poured into the room up to the bed.The cleaning carried out in the rooms is just a tick for the cleaner, it would be better not to come at all, when checking into the room it felt like it wasn't cleaned at all, the dirt was swept in the corners, the sink was disgusting. It's scary to go into the elevator, the floors are just rotten from old age. There are cobwebs and lofts of stuck dirt on the stairwells on the walls. All vacationers have the same opinion that the rooms are terrible for a 4* hotel. The only thing that was very pleasant was the kitchen. The chef would like to express his gratitude for the work of his team. The food was excellent: a wide variety of dishes, turkey meat, chicken, cutlets, shawarma, fish, soups, sweets, fruits every day, watermelons, grapes, tangerines, plums, walrus.I have vacationed in Turkey 4 times and at the Alpina hotel, the kitchen is a big plus. The clear Sea and wonderful weather in October did not disappoint.
Great music and animation, normal food and drinks with cocktails for every taste, it's actually the best thing to relax with the kids, minus only a small pool
We rested at this hotel from 09/22/19 to 10/06/19. Cons: sagging mattresses, poor animation, no Wi-Fi (from the word "at all"), the bartender (shaggy) constantly begged for tips, a small pool. Pros: table cleaning is fast and constant, proximity to the sea (via an underground passage), delicious cuisine, a large number of fruits (watermelons, grapes, pears, plums, tangerines) at every dinner.
