I encountered absolute lack of professionalism during the consultation with the administrator (unless, of course, he has the appropriate qualifications, which I now deeply doubt).
I had to choose a Wacom graphics tablet, and due to the fact that the site is literally named wacom.by (although it's funny that, based on the company's responses to customer reviews, as it turned out, they are not official representatives - then why such a loud name of the site? 🙂 ), I decided to consult with a specialist regarding a suitable model, taking into account my experience and purpose.
Initially, I was given the options "I want to buy" and "I want to choose", I chose the second option accordingly, to which the administrator wrote to me "choose". Thanks for the answer! But I chose this option precisely because I can't decide on a model. Alexander Nikonov, do you have established communication with anyone other than the reflection in the mirror?
Further, after my clarification (experience + goal), they sent me two options: the new Wacom One line and the old Wacom Intuos line, and the second model was more expensive than the first. Accordingly, I clarified what their difference was, and one of the points from which our difficult relationship with Alexander Nikonov began was the phrase "the tilt of the pen." I began to clarify what this meant and how it affected me, and also mentioned pressing the pen (since for me these two factors are somewhat similar when drawing and affect the thickness and clarity of the line, which seems logical), in the end they told me that it was different, but the exact answer was still the tilt affects me, they didn't give me a link to the description of the tablet (however, Alexander, there was nothing written about the tilt). I was also advised to consult by phone or drive up, but then why do I need an online chat function?
After they sent me the link, Alexander ended his working day (around 2 p.m., I dream the same way) and began to ignore me.
Today I wrote to clarify about the graphic monitor - I saw this option and I am interested in it. After that, they wrote to me that, again, you can get a consultation either by phone or by arriving at the point. When I asked about the chat, Alexander replied that no, nothing would work. After a while, I couldn't access the site anymore - after consulting with professional colleagues, I found out that you most likely blocked my IP address. This is a new level, guys! Someday, Wacom will cut off cooperation with you in the same way - and then, maybe, you will understand what bad people and absolute professionals you are.
And Alexander, with your skills, I advise you to get a job in a specialized cafe, where the trick is to be rude to customers! You'll fit in just fine, and a change of scenery helps you not to be rude and at least not to be rude (the absolute minimum of decency, which I'm sure you'll reach someday!)
PS: All correspondence from and to is saved, so you don't need to deny anything and try to be rude the same way you are be rude to other dissatisfied (and, as I now think, objectively dissatisfied) customers. Have a nice day!
I was repairing a laptop. A month of waiting (you can make a discount for the New Year period). But in fact, nothing has been fixed.
UPD: Ask again when the next 15 months will be over. I'll leave a couple of stars in reserve ;)
I contacted this organization several times with the repair of my own and other people's laptops (everything was not expensive and of high quality). They also did everything very well and quickly. Thanks for the work, I recommend it to everyone. I will address them in the future.
Excellent service. I have applied more than once, they make both laptops and televisions. The prices are adequate and the timing is also. Thanks to Evgeny for his help in repairs.
I often turn to them for repairs. I recently repaired the TV - everything is fine both in price and in time. I have been servicing all computers for 10 years only with them.

They smoke all the time outside the office, they do everything very well, probably because they also drink inside.
At first, the laptop was lying for 2 weeks and apparently no one even tried to diagnose it. Then the diagnosis allegedly did not give results and the reason for the blue screen was not found out. "Come and get it," they said. And then they decided to rearrange the Windows (after flooding the laptop) and believe that they have fixed it. Terrible service, even the director himself is rude and rude to customers, terrible specialist Eugene is rude, does not hear the client, my most terrible experience in repairing equipment is that 100% NON-professionals work there
A responsible organization. I've known them for fifteen years. If you can assemble or make something, they will definitely do it. If it cannot be done or it does not make sense to repair or modernize, they will say so and advise how to proceed.
Victor.
The attitude towards the client is "fuck off". I handed over the MSI computer for diagnostics. They said what day they would call back. When a couple of days passed after the appointed time, I typed it myself - they didn't even take up the computer. When they finally "made a diagnosis", they said that everything was burned out, the processor was burned out, there was no point in repairing it. I took the computer, gave the processor to a friend to check - everything works. The video card is fine too. And they also call themselves the official MSI service. Go around this desk sideways…
How to say, as everywhere , we will bring you tomorrow , and in fact it is better to call and clarify if there is what you need , parking is also not very good if you do not violate .
I put the MSI workstation into service to replace the thermal paste. We did everything in the shortest possible time, picked up the device on the same day. Everything is fast, informative, to the point and polite.
I handed over msi trident 3 as a result, a month later they said that the processor burned down, then the computer was given as a GIFT and the person to whom we gave the PC for FREE said that the processor was fine and only the motherboard burned down. The service is terrible, even inserting a processor is too lazy to another PC and say whether it works or not.
They declare themselves as a Benq service center. I called to clarify the details of the planned repair. It turned out from the dialogue that they had encountered a similar problem before, but they "could not find the reason", and if so, they advised me not to take them to them.
Good service :)
