The service was good, but the food was at a very low level. The serving of dishes was not in line. Garnish for the main course was served about 10 minutes later. Fish was overdried, hot kebab was served in cold sauce. But the wine was delicious, the waiter was friendly and the interior was very nice.

Most likely, I am spoiled by different food and cuisines. For example, in Moscow, in the Khinkalnaya Restaurant Chain, chicken Chkmeruli is much tastier than here, Khinkali in cream sauce is tastier in Tula in the restaurant Chardonnay, Shard..I don't remember exactly what it's called, but I went there 3 times specifically to eat them..and here they were so-so. I really liked only the Lemonade, and I was even upset that the choice fell on your restaurant. That is, I visited Tbilisi, but Georgian dishes in Moscow are tastier than yours, although it should be the other way around. A very nice and kind waiter, but the dishes, I'm sorry, but alas((

The waiters are trying, circling the table, dirty plates were changed five times for dinner. Live music. Pleasant, but too loud. The kitchen did not cause any special emotions. To be honest, we bought into the reviews for the birthday celebration, specially came to Georgia, booked a table about a month in advance, the concierge service warned the restaurant that we were celebrating a birthday. As a result, they were put at an empty table, and not at a reserve at the best location. The plates were changed for us once in the evening, on demand. There are no complaints about food, only for meat - very tough, do not take a shish kebab for hot. As for the evening in general and the service. The evening was a success, because we gathered a good company and haven't seen each other for a long time. By the way, I was not congratulated on my birthday, although we heard these congratulations for other guests. And in general, the impression of the restaurant is "we are not welcome."

Yesterday we rested here with friends. I really liked the place! Firstly, here is the author's Georgian cuisine: khinkali in cream sauce is wow, very tasty, my husband took a kebab in hot sauce and was also satisfied. Plus, good, friendly service. We didn't know what to choose, they were happy to recommend different dishes to us, they told us everything in detail. A very pleasant place, we will be happy to come back again!

The khinkali in the sauce is really unusual, the salad with shrimps is also nothing, but the shrimps themselves are very dry, khinkali in Megrelian and veal kebab are fine.
Russian Russian is acceptable, the wait is worse, you can even say good for Tbilisi, but the confusion with the languages is confusing: they meet in Russian, one waiter in English, the other - again in Russian 🤯

There are beautiful photos on the Internet, in fact the restaurant is much simpler. The kitchen is average, the menu selection is not large. The service suffers, the order of the dishes is not respected, they bring a hot dish, a side dish to it in 10 minutes. On weekends, a singer sings, the level of bad karaoke. In general, we sat for 30 minutes, ate and immediately left, I will not come to this restaurant a second time.

I often visit Georgia. According to the recommendations, I went to the Sormoni restaurant. I'll tell you this, this is the best restaurant in Georgia. The kitchen is incomparably delicious, the interior is very cool, the setting and decorated, the staff is friendly, they speak Russian, the service is at the highest level. Make yourself at home here.

I went up to the waiter beforehand and asked if it was possible to go to the restaurant with dogs. The waiter said that you can sit "on the veranda", but you can't sit inside.
I returned with the dogs and they kicked us out, saying that no, it is possible with dogs, but actually with small ones (showing the size of the cat with my hands), but with our dogs we cannot sit under a canopy and offered us to sit at a table without a canopy, despite the fact that it was completely wet after the rain and it was difficult to sit there It's impossible.
Where the logic lies is completely unclear, these were ordinary dogs, not dinosaurs, and they could not destroy the canopy under which we were forbidden to sit.

After visiting this institution, the impression of the country and rest has completely deteriorated. We went to this place on the recommendation of friends who had once been there, thinking that it would be delicious and comfortable to spend time there, but alas, our expectations were not met. At the entrance, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, escorted to the table and that was the end of the good attitude.
Russian russians refused to speak to us, pretended that they did not understand us, neither in Russian nor in English, although the local population was sitting in the restaurant and they communicated exclusively in Russian, in general, they frayed all their nerves.
Orders were forgotten, everything was confused, they were not put on the table, but thrown... and there was not one waiter, everyone served us in turn, not even coming up, they talked to the dump, although the place was only 30% full.
The food is not delicious, I do not know if it is always cooked like this here or just for us, but the kebab was rubber ... , the assorted phali is just a tasteless mess, the salad is chopped as coarsely as slicing on the table. We did not wait for lavash — we asked 3 times, I ordered white and red sauces, as a result, we put narsharab, narsharab to meat - how?! If this sauce is served only with fish !!! The first courses are for 3 + , and we were there in three, and brought only two first courses, although we ordered 3 servings. And the funniest thing is that someone in the distance with an accent absurdly shouted : "Glory to Ukraine" !!! At the back of the restaurant .
I do not recommend it to anyone at all - this is a diner, not a restaurant. And after posting information about this place on the social network, I received a reply from this institution in a personal message - already exclusively in Russian, it's funny how quickly they learned it. Which once again showed the true attitude towards us.

We've been to this restaurant. We read the reviews. We decided to go out to eat. As a result, we were disappointed. We were put at a dirty table (but then wiped).
The service is good (the manager is attentive). But everything is very slow. We waited 35 minutes for the waiter to come to us to take the order. They already wanted to leave. I didn't like the price/quality ratio. Ribs for 55 lari - 5 small ribs, practically without meat and look like store-bought smoked ones that were heated in a frying pan. It's not worth it. GEL 17 for "lemonade" (lemon, ice, water and tarragon) is also not worth the money. The salad is delicious. The mushroom soup is super. Potatoes too (but spicy). It's up to you to go to this place or not. But my opinion is that the prices are too high for such quality.
The atmosphere is good. After-sales service is 18%.
