They sent a defective item, which they did not warn me about in advance. They responded adequately to the refund, as it was clear on the video that the item was really damaged back in the store. I returned the product, the money was returned to me. BUT they immediately blocked my accounts. It's a pity, because it was my favorite stock. But the attitude towards the client has changed a lot.. I do not recommend shopping, there are more pleasant places with loyal prices.
