Poor quality of service. It's elementary, they don't say hello.
Elderly people are addressed as "you", whereas they are old enough to be their grandchildren.
If there are no customers at the checkout, they will not deign to approach. And when asked to do this, they complain about the organization of labor - I work alone, etc. There is not a
large selection of goods.
The store is focused on wine and vodka products.

A large selection of products and good prices. And plus that it works until 21:00. Always friendly staff. Especially delicious ice cream in summer!
