The next client had a similar situation: the girl did not find the required "trifle", which was followed by more extensive comments "Why don't you all have anything" in a rude tone. After my remark that a woman should not spoil people's mood with her statements, the usual indignation was voiced in my address, to the words about the complaint in the book of complaints and suggestions, the woman replied "write, I don't care." If it weren't for the lack of time before departure, there would definitely be a comment about the "excellent" service, so the network should clearly pay attention to communicating with customers)
