One of the most unpleasant places in the hero city of Minsk.
The shops and cafes in the building themselves are, of course, normal. But the service is terrible.
I decided with a girl (she uses a wheelchair) to go to the 2nd floor at PIZZA TEMPO, it turned out that the elevator was not working.
It would be another matter if it didn't exist in principle. But that's the point, that he is.
And there was a cleaning lady working in the stairwell, so she screamed so much when I tried to press the elevator button. I explained to her that I needed to go to the cafe on the second floor, to which she replied - "up the stairs ..."
In general, we need to finalize this point. After all, the 21st century is in the yard, and we are in the capital of the Republic of Belarus, Minsk. Where is your notorious "accessible environment"?
... Writing a review on Yandex is one thing, but it's another matter if you file a complaint somewhere to the executive committee.
This is only possible in our country. The building is there, the 2nd floor is there, but there is no elevator.
