They should help if there are difficulties or if you buy alcohol, for example, they should hold their card, thereby confirming that I am 18+. And so.... There is one guard there (I will not name him) who is never in a hurry to get out of the booth, you always have to wait for him. And he walks slowly, waddling
It's not bad for express shopping, but it's better not to share and walk a block to the Neighbors without express. I don't even know why two stores of the same chain are within walking distance of each other, and one of them with a rather meager assortment. Personally, I am glad that there is no queue at the self-service ticket office, but there is always a huge queue at the regular ticket office. The staff is not very friendly. Once again, I note that the store is from the category of express purchases of something unassuming.

I don't like that during the hours of a large flow of people from work (from 17 to 20), one cash register almost always works (which is why you have to wait about 20-30 minutes).
Some of the goods are missing from the database, which is why you only find out at the checkout that you will not receive the necessary goods.
We go to the store almost every day, and scandals every day! There are never any cashiers behind the cash registers!
Today, on 17.10.2023, the cashiers were swearing among themselves and one just freaked out, threw the cash register, the queue and left! Later, another cashier sat down, at another cash register and the whole queue moved to another cash register! I was the second, and in the end I became the last! Self-service cash desks are constantly hanging with broken products and no one cancels them! When asked to cancel, they respond: What can I do for you? I don't have a map!

Disregard and boorish attitude towards customers . They do not fulfill their direct duties . There is always trouble with price tags for goods . The price in the trading floor is the same, at the checkout when calculating the other. Sometimes a product is displayed, but the price is from another product , the same brand , fat content is different. It 's very stressful . And so constantly . It wouldn 't be so sad if it was in all retail chains , but it 's not . It would be possible to forgive a lot and close your eyes to something, if there were lower prices (for example, a Hit), but here the prices are not bad.
If you have time and are not too lazy to take a walk, choose another store.
