There is everything you need, the cashiers work quickly and are polite enough. But I advise you to pay attention to the shelf life of products, there is a delay.
A very meager assortment of goods, although if you go for bread, you will buy bread)) No action, nothing interesting at all. The only advantage is that it is right next to the entrance.
03.08.2024. The time is 07:20, the store is closed, there is no light in the store, the opening hours are from 07:00.There is no announcement about the store's non-operation.I am very dissatisfied with the careless work of the staff. The time is 07:35 and the store has not been opened.
Good service and friendly cashiers (even young people who often meet there), and even more so nearby and the choice of products is more or less not bad and everything is fresh.
There is a large selection of products. The staff is friendly and courteous. The location of the store is excellent. The quality of the goods is as always on top. The store is always clean and cozy.
I recommend checking the receipt, I bought sausage 176g, instead of this weight, the young man punched 760g, as a result, they charged me an extra 15 rubles, later they did not even apologize
The nearest store from my house), so I go there often. Polite staff. The sausage department is a mess, often everything is mixed up. If you go for milk, yogurt and bread (there is often tension with bread), then yes, but meat, fruits and vegetables, it is better to go to a larger store.
The stores of the Neighbors chain are generally super, but this one is really super.
Smiles, good-naturedness over the edge!
Thank you, good luck and have a great mood!
There is always a queue at the cash registers, this is the main disadvantage, many leave the store when they see that one cash register is working. There are 2 cash desks in the store, mostly one of them works. The room is small, people are queuing all over the store. Milk, kefir, sour cream, bread, of course you can buy. In general, I like the Neighbors as a network , the prices are normal , but there are clearly not enough people here.
A small store. The choice of products is average. The price tags for the goods do not match those stated at the checkout or are missing altogether. There are only two cash registers. The location is convenient for the residents of the house. The staff and management cannot resolve the issues that arise. There is a good and large store of this chain a block away
A great network!!! I go to these stores all the time!!! Sellers are positive!!! I go regularly to the address Independence Avenue 16!! This review is addressed to this store
A good store "near the house". There is everything you need and even more.
You can have a dog, which is the most important thing for me. I usually only come in during a walk
After the opening of the Hippo, queues disappeared nearby and it became even better)
The neighbors rise from the homeless shops where they clean once a week, transform into modern and most importantly with their own assortment of service facilities
And so: the store is good, the sellers are polite and sociable, in case of any consultation, I would like to mention the seller separately, unfortunately I do not know her name, a blonde, well, a very sincere person)))plus a good location!)
But there is also a minus, it's a huge queue after 18:00, it's just not a very convenient situation - for this 4 stars

I go to the store every other day, if not every day, because I am on the first floor of the house, and often I need to buy something for small things after work or buy something that I forgot to buy in a large store. And every other time I encounter the problem of missing price tags or mismatch of the cost of the goods on the price tags and when paying at the checkout. In response, either excuses that they did not have time to update (while constantly standing under the windows they manage to buy), or "You looked at the wrong price tag, we all punched it right" (solved by poking your nose at the price tag on the shelf with the product).
In my childhood, there was a Soviet "prodmag" at home with "Galya, how much are tomatoes, look there" and a cleaner who could kick a rag if she walked over the washed one. It's the same here. It's cramped, it's always dirty, what's spilled on the floor, but there's no cleaner, there's trash around the cash registers, the same untidy sellers. A year ago, they tried to restore some kind of order, they even had it for a while, and now it's a dump again. At least the products are not expired. I prefer the Belmarket at the end of the block.
You can buy only the most necessary things. Narrow passages. Often there is only one cash register, and the queues are very long. Plus: it opens at 7 a.m.
With the opening of Hippo, this store has become freer from people. A small room and an assortment. But if you need basic necessities and do not want to stand in queues, then you can go in)
A meager assortment, there are no commodity experts there at all. You come to the store, you don't know what to buy, because you're tired of everything, and then you stand in line for 15 minutes
It is in demand, as there are not many shops nearby yet. The assortment corresponds to the small size of the store. Everything you need can be purchased in principle. I would like to mention the polite cashiers :)
