We stood for 7 minutes today, we wanted to know the cost of persimmons, there is no price, we asked the seller who laid out the fruits, and the answer was: "I do not know," they asked another seller - the answer is the same, in the end I had to leave the store without buying. But the most thrashing was on Saturday, February 22nd.: I ordered pizza (not only was the employee late from the break, but she also accepted the order with a dissatisfied look and a not very pleasant tone), while I was waiting for the order, a young girl came up, wanted to buy a cake, asked the girl who makes pizza where to tie the cake, to which the girl took out a woman with a rope and she said bind it up yourself (with the same unpleasant look and tone) and left. A young couple and I were shocked by such a boorish attitude towards customers.

Disgusting service, living nearby you have to deal with rudeness and incompetence of the staff literally every day. In addition to the disgusting communication, the staff does not know how to do their job, doing the simplest actions for 10 minutes, and sometimes not at all, sending customers to another seller, who is no different from the first. There are not enough staff, in the evening there are one and a half cash desks in the store with a queue of 10 people each. It would seem that you can go to CSR, but even here we encounter a problem - periodically CSR does not work correctly and does not see the product, then you have to contact 1/2 of the cashier's staff for help and wait 10 minutes for her to decide to help, while solving the questions of other customers and forcing those who are standing in line at the regular cashier to wait. It feels like you're being recruited based on two criteria - you need to be as toxic and dumb as possible. The only good thing is that, judging by the number of staff in Minsk, there are not so many such personnel.
