But the most thrashing was on Saturday, February 22nd.: I ordered pizza (not only was the employee late from the break, but she also accepted the order with a dissatisfied look and a not very pleasant tone), while I was waiting for the order, a young girl came up, wanted to buy a cake, asked the girl who makes pizza where to tie the cake, to which the girl took out a woman with a rope and she said bind it up yourself (with the same unpleasant look and tone) and left. A young couple and I were shocked by such a boorish attitude towards customers.

It would seem that you can go to CSR, but even here we encounter a problem - periodically CSR does not work correctly and does not see the product, then you have to contact 1/2 of the cashier's staff for help and wait 10 minutes for her to decide to help, while solving the questions of other customers and forcing those who are standing in line at the regular cashier to wait. It feels like you're being recruited based on two criteria - you need to be as toxic and dumb as possible. The only good thing is that, judging by the number of staff in Minsk, there are not so many such personnel.
Just a quiet horror. It seems that what they promise us (consumers) in the responses to reviews is not fulfilled at all. Everyone wanted to spit from the high bell tower, both the store's management and its employees. At the self-service checkout, the cashier's authorization was required to skip the 18+ product, I approached one of the cashiers with the question if I could ask to come and help, to which I received the answer "no, you can't, there is no one, you need to take a queue and wait." What's the queue? I've already processed the product, I want to pay for it and go home safely. Fortunately, the second cashier responded adequately to the same request, was distracted for 20 seconds and helped me, for which I thank her very much. No insubordination and politeness to strangers
A new store. Large room, good assortment. But in the early hours, the cash desks do not work well, including self-service cash desks. The programs are not running or the cashiers have not woken up yet. I can't tell you. I went in for kefir a couple of times in the morning, as a result, for the first time I fell behind the only trolleybus to work, I had to use taxi services. I didn't even get in line the second time.
