Good morning. Last night I came to the Neighbors store at 11 Boleslav Berut Street to buy ice cream. The seller said that I will not serve you, there is no change. I said it wasn't my problem. In response, she said, "what the fuck kind of people don't understand." She behaved rudely and not correctly. And she turns out to have found the change!! I asked for a complaint book and she didn't give it to me only 3 times after my request, she gave it to me! What kind of relationship with customers??! There were people behind me, too, and everyone was listening! She complains to me how hard it is for her to sit at work for 15 hours! You can check everything by video and audio recordings.
Explain to her how to introduce yourself to customers! Terrible office, I do not recommend it terribly

The neighbors replaced the store that stood before him on time and perfectly. The price tag is excellent, the staff is super, there is also a selection of goods, despite such a small room. They even set up a self-service checkout! I really liked it, the best store from the category "at home"
