My favorite sanatorium. There are quite a lot of different procedures. The food is varied and delicious, the air is excellent, there is an entertainment program. The impression was spoiled by the greed of the administration. We had a full day paid for, we didn't get to dinner. We were not allowed to use this dinner in the evening when we arrived and were not given anything from dinner when we left (previously we gave dry rations to those who did not get to dinner, then the administration forbade). It seems like a trifle, but it's unpleasant.

We had a rest with the company in November of this year. Room 2 room junior suite on the 6th floor on the 5th! The only drawback is that birds come to the loggia, and cleaning on the loggia was not done every day. We ate in the dining room on the ground floor. The choice of hot dishes for the next day from the 3 options offered. The food is very tasty. The standard treatment is wonderful! A large selection of paid procedures. There are queues, of course, but this is an indicator of the occupancy / demand of the sanatorium. One of the disadvantages is a small swimming pool. The water is cold in it. We came in once on the first day and on other days went only to the sauna and hammam. Next to the sanatorium there is a place to walk in the forest there is a "wish tree" where you can tie a ribbon and make a wish. Leisure is organized, but not at the highest level. Film screenings, lectures by a phytotherapist, karaoke, concerts with local celebrities. Bowling alley, cafe-bar next to the cinema-disco. 👍. A big and fat minus in the repertoire of music at discos. I think there is a purely human factor here. There are 2 female DJs working. The dark-haired girl's discos are more active, there are more dancers. But there is also something to work on. The blonde girl was completely upset. Boring, sluggish, the repertoire is the same. Custom songs are not included! We ordered 2 times, did not deliver, and in the remaining couple of days when we held discos, we did not even go. I recommend the administration to come, monitor and see for themselves how many vacationers are present at each disco. After the end of the disco, we went to a cafe on the lake shore. My legs didn't have to get bored there. Well done! On weekends, you can go to Kostanay to shop or go to the sauna complex by bus from the sanatorium. In general, the rest was a success. I recommend the sanatorium! Completing the review We came here again a year later. This time we lived on the 7th floor in the same room. The tired look of the furniture, unlike the room below. There were interruptions with WI-FI in the room. The problem was fixed quickly. The new DJ guy is just super! There were more standard procedures. Contrast baths have been launched this year. There is a new VLOK procedure. The sanatorium has a room with chess tables, table tennis, exercise therapy, and a volleyball hall. Singers are constantly invited, and suggested films are shown. Leisure is on top! I add to the review: having rested for the third time in the sanatorium in 2024. For those who want to come to the sanatorium for the first time, I recommend not skimping on the room category. This time, the three of us lived in a double superior standard on the 7th floor. This year, the loggias on it are covered with a bird net. A big plus. The room has everything you need, but there were no more bathrobes, they are given only in luxury rooms. Unfortunately, the electric kettle did not turn off automatically. The maids said there was nothing to replace it with yet. This year, I chose acupuncture from the paid procedures. The doctor is a master of his craft! Phyto bottle, herbal wrap for fans of fire is just a buzz. We always eat in 3 dining rooms with a choice of dishes. The menu is wonderful, always delicious. The staff is 99% perfect. Of the big disadvantages of the sanatorium, I want to note that it's time to change almost all the bathrooms. They are whole, but they already look very bad. I would like the procedures to work all days. On Saturday, no one has time to go through all the prescribed procedures before 12. On Sunday, so that at least the paid ones work. Otherwise, 1.5 days are wasted. The only thing that saves you is your own leisure organization in the form of a trip to Kostanay. It's good that in the morning you can take the bus from the sanatorium, but you have to hire a taxi back. And change the DJ (girl) already. I'm not the one with that opinion in the reviews. We light up for 2 days with Murat, then for 2 days with her a rural boring disco. Even by the number of dancers, this is noticeable. There is no air conditioning system in the dance hall. Stuffy. And with Wi-Fi, there are constant interruptions in the rooms.
