This is a great place to relax, lots of space, clean beach, clean sea, great weather!
We were here from 07/29.24 to 08.08.24
We arrived with a camper, there are a lot of places in the campsite and for every taste. we arrived at night, they met us and showed us where to get up without any questions, I asked for payment, etc. they told me to get up, spread out and rest then we'll decide everything) we slept well) and then everything was decided.
There is a dining room, a bar on site (prices are slightly higher than in the store but cheaper than in resort towns), a 10-minute drive to the nearest store, as well as 15 minutes to hot springs, 45 minutes to Sukhum, everything is essentially within reach.
The territory is clean, constantly cleaned, garbage is constantly taken out.
No one makes any noise, it's quiet at night, only cicadas sing) and then not very loudly)
There were no mosquitoes, 2 flying ones are not mosquitoes)
One day it stormed, brought twigs, etc... the next day, everything was already packed, and the beach was clean! Near the lake, take fishing rods, in the morning from 06:00 to 09:00 Mullet pecks (large, for bread)
I didn't see any extra people at the campsite, the locals swim behind the fence, and they are quite polite and sociable there, they will tell you.
The administration is friendly, they go around every morning asking if everything is okay with you.
The issues are solved easily without problems.
Sorry, I forgot the name of the guy like he's the brother of the administrator) very responsive, polite, he met us when we arrived, and I also came fishing without bread.... and he was sitting there fishing, without any questions, he threw me a loaf of bread) Thank you!
The air is simply excellent, eucalyptus trees, pine trees. After the rain, everything dried out quickly, the smell of eucalyptus was pleasantly intoxicating)
I recommend a visit!
There is only one of the disadvantages... there are no stickers, I would like to stick them on the camper as a keepsake

We were in July 2024 with my wife, daughter and dog. A very wonderful place to relax! I chose it in advance by Yandex. The campsite has a large territory, there are plenty of convenient places for tents, however, there are very comfortable houses for a family of three, air conditioning, a shower cabin, a small refrigerator, everything works, clean, cozy, very reasonable price per day, houses are being prepared for delivery and for a larger number of vacationers. Parking for a car is 40 meters from the house. There's plenty of room for a dog to walk. The sea is a hundred meters away, the purest. There are very few people, the beach is pebbles, tents, sun beds, saps. The territory and the beach are clean, the dining room is for four, but you can order something delicious. The owner of the campsite is doing well, trying his best, thank you very much! A two-storey mini-hotel is under construction, but it does not interfere with rest in any way. Three hundred meters away there is a large lake, a lot of fishermen, in the evening, when they return, you can inexpensively buy live fish and fry it on the tile next to the house. A little clumsy entrance from the highway - 2-3 km, crushed stone, but this did not particularly upset, there are cooler pits on the highway in the Voronezh region! The restaurant with wonderful cuisine in Kaman by the road is very beautiful and delicious, and not expensive. In Abkhazia for the second time, I liked this place more than Pitsunda, although it is not so far away, and here Sukhum, Assir are nearby, mines, an abandoned city, Kaman, hot springs. One thing is a little depressing - local and Krasnodar deer driving and horses on the roads, cows are predictable, but horses and deer are not, especially Krasnodar ones, but I somehow got used to it. By the way, they don't jump like that closer to Moscow😝

We rested in a pine forest at a campsite. The territory is large, a huge complex is being built, there are houses, glamping and a large plot for motorhomes and camping. For camping, part of the territory has been freshly counted, has not yet been improved, there are many irregularities, stumps and branches, but you can find a place. There is free access to water on the territory, there are sockets, toilets, washbasins, a dining room, a cafe-bar, the territory is cleaned and illuminated in the evening, the beach is pebbly and sandy. A huge disadvantage is the lack of a hot shower, as a mother with children it is terribly inconvenient for me. There is only a summer shower on the beach. If there was a washing machine, it would also be a huge plus, 100-150 rubles for washing is a good price.

🌴⛺Rest in this campsite for every taste. If you want, you can come with tents or in a car house, and if you want, you can stay in cozy houses (+ a hotel is being built). The territory is divided, there is enough space for everyone, even on the shore, even in the camp.
The shore is pebbly, the sea is clean (we even saw dolphins near the shore, they gave us a show)
There is a lake nearby, you can walk to it, buy Mullet fish from fishermen
And what kind of nature is here ?pine trees and palm trees nearby ?(thorns can only stick into shales)
The place is very sincere, warm, homely.

Very quiet place, well-maintained territory

-1 star : the rooms are not cleaned , there is no TV and a very uncomfortable mattress goodbye back
-2 star : the food in the restaurant is for an amateur, I personally did not like it , we went a couple of times then cooked ourselves

Come there, it's very nice there, silence, no fuss like Gagra or other resorts, its own dining room is delicious, the sea is just 50 meters away from the house, maybe a little more, there is a bar, a sports ground, camping, swimming boards, sun beds under a canopy and just, in general, I liked it. Cozy camping. We were there out of season in May and October - sailing trips by sea. We stayed overnight. Once with tents, the second time in cabins due to bad weather. The hosts are very hospitable, they did everything and even more for our comfortable overnight stay. The rooms are very comfortable, there is always hot water, toilet, WiFi. The owner's mother, a very nice elderly woman, cooks superbly - you can have breakfast in the dining room. During the season, breakfasts, lunches, dinners are constantly prepared and, for sure, just a snack ;). From the campsite, you can take a taxi to the hot springs and generally to any excursions. We didn't swim much - the sea was already cool, but the beach was clean, pebbly, like everywhere else. There are comfortable, level places for tents, in the sun and in the shade. We stayed with great pleasure. Hello to Indira, one of the housewives - she helped us out a lot when we forgot one of the grocery bags in the store! I arranged for someone to be brought in. Come here safely!

A large area, huge pine trees, the air is awesome. Near the Skurchinsky nature reserve and Lake Skurcha. The beach is pebbly, they try to clean up the garbage, you can rent a chaise longue, there are few people on the beach, only those who live in camping. There are summer showers on the beach on site. There are toilets, electricity connection, a lot of taps with water, Wi-Fi is weak. There is a stall (ice cream, drink, corn, coffee), there is a cafe, they opened a dining room with us, I can't say anything about them, they didn't eat. You can rent a sap, you can ride a banana or a jet ski. There are trampolines for children. They accept tent-makers, caravans and motorhomes. You can also just rent a house from them. The entrance from the main road is not good, the primer is uneven 4km. You have to drive to the nearest store. Sukhum is 20 km away. We rested there for 2 weeks in August, the sea was warm, there were no jellyfish, dolphins swam 5 times. A huge minus for us and not only is the hordes of mosquitoes in the evenings, we were saved by all possible means. Well, my husband lacked a shower with hot water.

Cleanliness!!! There is a shower. The Internet is stable, we watched movies on YouTube in the evenings without brakes.
They are very careful about cleanliness, toilet paper was delivered stably. I went everywhere barefoot - there is no broken glass.
Respect for the cabins on the beach - you can wash and change clothes right away. But you need to hang hooks there.
The beach is finely pebbly at the entrance. There are pebbles and sand on the shore. The seabed is sandy at depth, with pebbles near the shore. It is convenient to enter.
There are sun loungers on the beach.
There is a dining room, a beach bar, a kiosk and a vegetable point of sale (meager).
The territory is huge, quiet, calm, relaxed everywhere.
The prices are reasonable, even pleasant.
Of the unpleasant disadvantages:
1- Long dusty bumpy road
2- flies. About 100 meters from the territory, a garbage dump was organized and, as a result, an invasion of biting flies. When the breeze blows them away, when the wind is weak, they run out.
3- the lighting on the territory is too bright for me at night. The lantern made its way through the tent wall and got in the way a little. If the lights were dimmed to dusk at night, it would be great. But it's easy to find the toilet at night, by the way, the light turned on by the motion sensors-👍

We had a rest in July 2023. I liked the camping very much. There is everything for a great holiday: a beach, a shade for comfortable accommodation, and a trampoline, a slide, a banana for children.
Shower, toilet, electricity, all this is also present. The cost is 1000 rubles per tent (the number of people was not counted).
We were vacationing with young children, and it was very important to us that it was quiet and peaceful at night, and this campsite met our expectations and requests as much as possible.
The sea was very warm and very clean (we have never seen such clear water on the entire coast)
The only disadvantage for which I dropped one star is that there are a lot of midges and mosquitoes in the evening, so it's worth considering when going on vacation. I recommend camping.

Great camping. A wide coastal strip with a pebble beach and a sandy beach with palm trees. The campsite is new, but well equipped. Clean toilets, water and electricity are available and of good quality. There is a bar and a dining room. The place is far from major cities and sparsely populated. The owners keep quiet and order. Of the minuses, there are biting mosquitoes in the evenings, and the same flies in the mornings. It will be impossible to buy a barbecue for cooking nearby, take it from Sukhum.

Camping is losing its position, we were here in 2023, it was better. Now, the toilets are in terrible condition, dirty, smelly, there is a large container for used paper, which interferes with the purposes of the toilet. There is not a big bar, but there is no draft beer, but there is a decent dining room. Horses and cows are constantly walking around the campsite and leave behind waste products. We won't go any more.

I hope that my review will help you not to spoil your vacation, as it has become with us. We went to this campsite for several years and were last year, at first we stood with a tent, but after it became very hot we moved into the cabins, we were in July 2023. Rest in the house, of course, is not five balls, but a solid three. Why is there a three, there is a table and one chair, the dining room did not work, and there is simply nowhere else to eat, there is only barbecue and pizza in the cafe.
But what happened this year is simply beyond comprehension. In the spring, there was a 3500 promotion for a house in the month of June and we booked from the 20th to the 30th, booked 10 houses, namely 10, since it is the last one and we were allowed to put up an awning, a kitchen to cook. We arrived and found out, upon arrival on the spot, that our house is occupied, and next to it, as well as in front of it and in front of all the houses, two-story louvres are built five meters away and the view from the house is not on the sea, but on the wall!! And that's not all, the other nine houses are occupied by children, there are fees going on, at least 4 children in each house and we are offered a house in the middle of this pioneer camp. I ask why we were not warned that there is no more sea view and that construction is going on every day, except Sunday, that waking up at seven in the morning to the rise of the sports camp and then plunge into the construction site does not really look like relaxation, but they also explained to us that behind these houses there is a construction of a two-storey hotel and there concrete pumps and a crane are working, in addition to the fact that bricks are being laid and they do not have a marotory for the season. To which they explained to us that we had booked at the old price and be glad that the price was not raised for you. It is not necessary to say that after Katerina's administrator has been replaced, they will politely communicate with you. It is a pity that such a place has been turned into a construction site. I posted a review in the contact group and was immediately banned. There are no real Video reviews from last year in this group. So if you are looking for relaxation, and not life in a pioneer camp on a construction site, then it is better not to make an advance payment, and if you have doubts with my review, then ask for a real-time video review when booking and you will be able to see both the construction site and the sea closed from you by houses.

We had a rest in July 2023. I liked the camping, one of the best in which I rested. A large enclosed, gentrified area, not crowded yet, quiet enough, beautiful views, clear sea. The tent area has wi-fi, lighting, sockets, toilet, water.
The campsite is new and still developing, I put 5 points in advance, but I will share feedback on the development:
In the tent area, I would like to add more outlets (at the 1st line by the road), put cabinets / sink at the taps with water for the convenience of washing dishes and hang a mirror (I saw myself a week later). There is a shower with "summer" water, for adults there are no problems to wash, but I would like to be able (at least for a fee) to wash a small child in warm water. I really did not have the opportunity to use the refrigerator (at least for a fee). Sometimes the music in the bar was a little late, but mostly it was quiet.
We also lived in cabins. There are not enough storage places, shelves, hooks. There are only 3 hangers in the closet, no shelves. There is no table, no chairs.
In general, all the shortcomings are small and easily eliminated. We were very satisfied, we will recommend it to our friends and we want to come back again ourselves. The owners and the administration did well, went to meet requests, reacted quickly. I wish you success and further development!

I really liked the campsite. The owners and staff are simply charming, we have not met such hospitality anywhere in Abkhazia, and we have rolled more than 1000 km there. A great place to relax. Fenced (more for formality, but in fact the left-wing local people do not hang around you) there are toilets that are cleaned (not earthenware, but it will go) there are showers (street temperature water) there is electricity right at the tent (do not forget extension cords 20 + meters) and WiFi directly from the tent! There are water taps near the tents to wash the dishes, wash your face, brush your teeth, and urgently rinse your feet after the sea. There is a shadow, there is an opportunity (but not everywhere) to pull an awning. There is almost no place for hammocks, but there are local, shared ones. Katya is a wonderful administrator. She helped with questions, told me, and showed me that she was always in touch. The local workers are all kind. There is a stall, there is a small cafe bar, there is a dining room. A warm welcome and a sense of security. The beach is a 2-minute walk from the tent. The best place is in Abkhazia, and the only safe one (if you have not been to this country and you want to go further than Gagrov without running into the 90s, it is better to go right here) the price is acceptable. The beach itself is clean and well maintained. And sparsely populated. There will be time to be alone. The water is clean. The bay makes itself felt every day. The bottom is a pleasant pebble .You can see the mountains from the beach.

A very good place, we rested with tents, had our own, but we stopped at an already established 4-seater, the prices are very reasonable. A large territory, there is everything you need, a lot of entertainment, a chic outdoor cinema, a sauna, sun beds, hammocks, jet skis, there is a bar, a kitchen, a chic outdoor recreation by the sea. The sea is clean, the coastline is wide, the entry into the sea is very comfortable. There is wi-fi, sockets, gazebos. A wide range of services and entertainment, you can't count everything. Finally, eco-camping reached Abkhazia.
It's a great place. We stopped here by chance on 07/10/22 and we really liked it.

There are activities for children - trampolines, jumpers, water slides.
An animator for children arrives from 19.00. All kinds of contests. In general, they have something to attract.
Two summer showers on the beach, there are years to eat.
NOT TO EAT!!!! Or take your tiles and pots.
There are drinks, you can order a barbecue. They'll do it in front of you. Ice cream, sosa sola, etc.
The beach is clean and pebbly. There are different ways of entering. There are places where it is sharply deep, there are places where it is hollow.
There is a bungalow on the shore. Both wooden and chiffon. I took off a lot of photos. Look.
For money - sun beds - 200 rubles/ day, umbrella -100rubles/day. Bungalows - from 500₽/half day 800₽/day.
We definitely recommend the place to visit.

We had a rest at the end of August 2023 at a campsite on a motorhome. I liked almost everything. If you need peace, security and long beaches with clear sea, then you are in a Pine forest. The territory is large, the dining room is new, the beach is clean. Water, electricity, toilets are clean, garbage is cleaned every day. It's a long way to the shops, you need to buy food in the city. There is a lake nearby, you can walk and enjoy the clean pine air, relax from the hustle and bustle of noisy cities.

Despite the sparsely populated area, the guys did not arrange everything badly. We came here to swim, took sun beds and umbrellas, used changing rooms, and had a great time on the beach. My husband smoked a hookah here and drank beer. They cook very tasty khachapuri here (they even kindly brought it to the sailor himself)))), a salad of fresh vegetables, but we did not eat such a dry and not tasty kebab anywhere else (although a kebab maker does it there).
There are few people, the prices are reasonable, everyone is trying very hard to make you come here next time. In general, the impression is very pleasant!!!

It's not a bad place with certain nuances, due, as it seems to me, to the "youth" of the undertaking.
If you stopped by by accident, then it is not clear where you get to when entering through the barrier - either a closed area, or some kind of club, or camping.
There is no information that you can simply rent sun beds, canopies, tents, without accommodation with a tent.
A small information board at the entrance would not hurt.
At the same time, the location is very good - a long line of pebble beach.
A parking place remote from the beach.
Unfortunately, there is a lot of small debris along the shore, including broken glass, but this is fixable, because it is clear that they are trying to remove it.
Some kind of eco-party and a one-day clean-up will solve the problem.
It would be nice to place at least occasionally some trash cans.
Original bungalows made of bamboo and palm leaves. Silence, peace and tranquility!
The entry into the water is sharp, a couple of meters will not be enough for small children, and then the depth.
Perhaps there is a flat area, the whole beach has not been tried, because it is rather big.
There are inflatable trampoline slides for children, both in a simple version and with a swimming pool - it was difficult to get the child out and he really liked it.
There is a bar with a snack option.
I wish the guys success in their development. The idea is very good and in demand, it seems to me. The place will certainly gain its fame with due attention from the owners.
