It's really cosy place with big clean rooms, spacious bathroom (there's a shower) and polite stuff.
I liked breakfast and wonderful women who work at the kitchen.
We enjoyed a swimming pool on the roof.
Location is one of the best. Avlabari, quiet street in the heart of the city.

A small but cozy hotel in the center of Tbilisi. It is located on a quiet street - there are practically no cars and crowds of tourists under the window. Our room had a beautiful view of the Beautiful old town. Helpful and attentive staff. My wife had a birthday on the day of arrival and flowers, fruits and a bottle of good Georgian wine were organized for her. The hotel has an elevator and a small car park. The rooms are cozy and clean. The breakfasts are a bit meager, but the hot dishes change every day. Once there was no water, but after two hours they gave me water. The metro station is a 10-minute walk away. The same distance to Europa Square and Riquet Park. There are a couple of restaurants and a bakery on the street where the hotel is located. The nearest grocery store is a 7-minute walk away. I recommend it for families with children who prefer quiet rest and comfort.

A great place, cozy, a narrow quiet street leads to the hotel, near souvenir shops. Friendly Russian-speaking staff, heated the sauna and heated the rooftop pool from the very early morning, for breakfast there is a wonderful assortment to choose from with light unobtrusive music, the pressure in the shower is excellent, the rooms are warm (it was December) there is access to the balcony (who smokes is relevant)). Only the advantages!
