We visited the Soul restaurant and were extremely disappointed. The mushroom soup had to wait as long as 40 minutes, and the wait, unfortunately, did not pay off. The soup turned out to be mediocre in taste, I would rate it 3 out of 10. After eating, I felt discomfort — abdominal pain began, nausea and heartburn appeared. Unfortunately, the visit left a very unpleasant impression.

A great place with delicious pancakes. We tried beef with a friend, we were pleasantly surprised by the amount of filling and taste. I am very glad that a decent cafe with delicious food has appeared near the house. In summer, there are 3 tables outside. Very fast service.

Today I chose this place for a festive birthday breakfast. How I liked everything! The waiter Anastasia is very kind and attentive. The atmosphere is conducive to sincere conversations. The coffee is delicious, the pancakes are a delight! On our birthday, we got a 10% discount and brought a raspberry tartlet, which we couldn't finish because we were already very full of pancakes. They didn't tell me about the waiting time. The order would be scramble, damn, chicken broth. Scramble and pancake brought down 30 minutes. When asked why the chicken broth was not brought, the answer was that it was still warming up. It's not logical at all. And the most unpleasant thing is that the staff cannot admit the mistake and simply apologize.

Rarely what establishments can please in everything. But you just hit the heart. I came for the first time and was satisfied with absolutely everything. The staff is a miracle. The order was accepted very quickly, the food was delivered within 10 minutes. The pancake was very tasty, and so was the coffee. The interior is beautiful. I will definitely come back again. I wish prosperity to your institution 🫶🏼
The only small request: get some blankets. The summer terrace is small, but it's nice to sit there. And at the expense of shade, you freeze quickly. And when you don't have extra clothes with you, I would like to take a blanket to keep warm :)

It was November 24th. The menu has changed, it seems to be almost the same, but it has become worse. Pancake with cheese is dry, pumpkin soup does not look like cream soup, but rather like water. They ordered bread, and for one and a half rubles they brought three halves of a white toast bun.
I don't know what exactly happened. Either the chefs have changed, or they are saving on products so that prices do not increase much

Recently we were walking in the area with my husband and decided to stop by .
We made an order at 21:45 for two strudels, one cappuccino and cocoa.
Half an hour later, they brought us a strudel that was not cooked, it was already ready, it was like a dessert and it was just warmed up, we did not have the strength to wait for more drinks (15 minutes were still waiting) and we ate our strudels without them. My cappuccino was good, but I still decided to make a comment about how long the drinks were carried, because we and another couple were in the institution, there is no load. As for the cocoa, it was so disgusting that we just took a sip and didn't drink it. I decided to ask what was wrong with cocoa, that it was impossible to drink it, to which the waiter began to say that he did not understand why he was like this, that they had not figured out the new device and we were not the first such.So I would like to ask why I had to pay for such cocoa if the waiters can't figure out what's wrong with it and why it's not so tasty)
I won't go there anymore, I won't give you a second chance, the service leaves much to be desired!

I rarely write reviews, but I was not indifferent here. I ordered breakfast, strudel and coffee. Instead of breakfast, they brought a cheese pancake, instead of a strudel, a sweet pancake (okay, I decided to try a pancake top), but they forgot about coffee.
At the same time, the food and coffee are excellent.
I appeal to the shift manager on September 7, 24: work on the memory of employees. 3 errors out of three points of the order is beyond the limit. Notebooks, fines or tablets - all this helps with forgetfulness.

We prepared the order for more than 30 minutes, everything is very slow and indifferent (
The cherry on the cake- when ordering, the waiters ask clarifying questions about the order without warning that the cost increases from this, although we ordered according to their menu (in this case, I ordered a Czech pancake, the waiter clarifies "you on spinach or sesame dough", I chose spinach, it turned out that they charge extra for this and do not warn. My husband ordered a large breakfast, he was told "you will have a pancake with butter or mozzarella with it", it turned out that this was also for an additional fee and the waiter did not inform about this. We were very unpleasantly surprised when we saw the receipt and were not warned at the same time.

Overall impression: not very good. The sofas are not comfortable, they are made of improvised materials, you sit higher than you should in ergonomics and you will roll off it. The frame in them is knocked down, apparently, from improvised materials, hastily stretched paralon and covered with fabric. At the moment, this is the worst sofa that I have seen in Minsk establishments. According to the food, it turned out that not all products are available to order: namely, mashed mushroom soup. I had to order a bowl, the products in which turned out to be very wet and dry. Cappuccino is also mediocre. The service is slow. In my opinion, food in such an institution should cost much cheaper.

I went to get a flat white. The coffee is delicious. I thought there was a showcase with desserts, because I wanted to take it with me, it turned out that they specialize only in pancakes. Now I went to the inst, saw a window in the story with the question "What would you like to see from alcohol?" WHAT? Well, desserts for coffee to begin with.
A girl greeted me at the entrance. I don't know who it is. Not a hostess, not a barista. The most misunderstood impression, although nothing bad happened. Sometimes you go into an institution and come out with a good feeling inside. It's not like that here.

We were EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH the service.
We arrived at the institution at 12:00 on 05/26/2024.
The order was placed at about 12:10. In the order: cappuccino, flat white, two unsweetened pancakes and one sweet.
Coffee was brought 30 minutes after the order!!! Two unsweetened pancakes in 40 minutes. During this time, the guests who arrived 20 minutes later than us managed to make an order, eat, pay the bill and leave. We specified how long the sweet pancake would be and asked for the bill. The waiter girl replied: "5 minutes, or if you are in a hurry, we can take it with us." We were not going home, so we were told that this option was not suitable.
The bill was paid, the pancake was never brought. To our next question, how long will the rest of the order be? The following was answered: "I'll clarify now," and the girl just left to serve other people.
They left with a paid full order for 51 rubles, but they did not receive the pancake.
A couple of tips on the further work of the institution and maintenance:
- to warn guests that the water is paid, and not just bring it and put it on the table (even if it is 1.5 rubles);
- specify in advance that the order preparation time is 40+ minutes so that people can plan their time.

I had to go look for a menu, a girl came up, I said that I wanted to order coffee and while I was choosing something from the menu, the girl said that this was not allowed (explain why?). I say, "Okay, I'll choose now." The girl comes to bring the appliances, I say that I am ready to place an order. Says "I'll be there in 2 minutes", came up in 10
I've been sitting here waiting for breakfast with coffee, because it can't be served separately, 45 minutes
I wonder how long it will last? There is already a desire gone, and it's easier to get coffee in another place in 2 minutes
In general, I have not appreciated the kitchen yet, but I put a strong two for the service:) well, figure out how to optimize so that this does not happen? Or at least warn that the waiting time is about an hour?
*update: the pancake was brought after all (cooked normally, no questions asked), but without coffee :) I didn't take any chances with waiting, I'll take it from others 🤡

The establishment is new and, perhaps, not all processes are sufficiently debugged. We arrived for breakfast: some tables were not cleaned, it turned out to be problematic to place an order, the waiter walked for a long time, and a relatively simple dish also had to wait a long time. Time, that's what you need to have by coming here. The coconut raff turned out to be too sweet, the French omelette with salad was medium. Maybe it will be better in the future, but I won't find out.
